Alaves have lost their last three league games on the bounce so they have been struggling. It has taken the shine off their season. However, despite them having lost seven league games this season, just one of those have been at home. They got their first taste of home defeat in their last game on home soil, which was against Rayo Vallecano at the end of January. Adding extra stress to the situation is that they haven’t scored in three either.

Overall this season they have posted a W5 D4 L1 this season and they have been a bit goal shy. They have produced a total of 11 goals on home soil, but they have been defensively sound though. They have shipped seven goals in their ten home fixtures, earning a clean sheet in three. Just 40% of their home games have gone over 2.5 goals. All five of the home wins that they have produced have been by a one goal margin.

Levante haven’t been without their troubles in recent form either. They played out a 0-0 draw with Getafe last weekend which leaves them with only the one league win in eight now (D3 L4). So it hasn’t been going that well for them. It hast been poor stuff from them on their travels, as Levante have gone winless in six on the road, losing each of their last three. They have failed to score in their last two road games.

So this could well end up being a low scoring game looking at it. Levante are without a clean sheet in any of their last seven on the road. They have also been level at the halftime break in seven of their eleven road games.
