It is a busy week on the ATP Tour for your tennis betting this week. None of the big four are out in action across the three events that are taking place, so instead we will focus on the favourites for each of the three. The big Madrid Open is coming up next week, so this week is all about building form and momentum ahead of that, and of course, the French Open at the end of the month.

Estoril Open
Juan Martin del Potro is the top option in the field for your tennis betting at the Estoril Open. The Argentinean is the highest ranked player in the field. This is the first time we have seen the big serving Del Potro on the regular circuit clay this season. He did win a couple of David Cup matches on clay to put Argentina into the semi finals, but this is his first tournament of 2012. However, he is the defending champion of the Estoril Open. He is easily the best player outside of the big four, and therefore he should be able to eat up the lower quality of field that he goes up against in Portugal this week. This is first tournament since Miami, and the weight of his massive serves should see him power through. Every chance of defending his title successfully here. Should be trading around Evens at BetFair. The closets contenders are the likes of Richard Gasquet and Stanislas Warwinka. Again, Del Potro should tear this event up.

ATP Belgrade
It is a bit of pull a name out of the hat type job for your tennis betting at the ATP Belgrade. This is because five of the top eight seeds are making their debut at the event. Only Poland’s Lukasz Kabot has any final history out of the top eight, as he finished runner up in 2009. So, tournament history is thrown out of the window for your tennis betting here. Tough to pick a winner, but would look at Spain’s Pablo Andujar. Spaniards are born and bred on clay, pretty much, and Andujar picked up a clay court title in Morocco earlier in the year too. She he makes the strongest case for going all of the way. Argentina’s David Nalbandian may be the best shot of the lot though, as he has been putting in some decent performances this year, such as a quarter final place at Indian Wells, and a semi in Buenos Aires on Clay. Nalbandian edges thins in the betting market at 9/4 with Bet Victor.

ATP Munich BMW Open
Well, no Argentinean in the mix to make it a treble this week alongside Del Potro and Nalbandian. The outright favourite for ATP Munich is Jo Wilfried Tsonga, who is short at 11/4 at BetFred. The world number five makes his debut at the event, which is also on clay. Tsonga has been solid enough, as expected, with a clutch of quarter final appearances this season, and he racked up a win Doha right at the start of the year. He hit the quarter finals on clay in Monte Carlo recently, where he lost out to Gilles Simon. Always going to be a threat in a field which isn’t particularly strong at the BMW Open. The other top option in the field is going to be Feliciano Lopez. Lopez is another of the Spanish clay court specialists and would expect him to go well. This is his debut in Munich too, but he reaches the semi’s of Houston on clay, and put David Ferrer hard at Barcelona last week in the quarter finals. Strong option alongside Tsonga.
