Hurkacz is in great form at the moment and looks the more likely of the two to take this.
The Polish player had that amazing run to the semi-finals of Wimbledon and also made a huge breakthrough earlier this year with the title at ATP Masters 1000 Miami.
This will be his opening match at the Olympics and will be backed to be successful in it.

Tennis Betting Picks Today: Iga Swiatek v Paula Badosa
Tennis betting for today switches over to the women’s draw at the Olympics.
Former French Open champion Iga Swiatek is in action for Poland in this one.
Swiatek took a comfortable 2-0 set win in her first-round match in Japan, beating Mona Barthel of Germany.
This is the first time that we have seen Swiatek since she bowed out of Wimbledon in the fourth round.
The 20-year-old did play her way into some great form in the clay during the summer.
The form since then hasn’t been quite as hot, but this is a manageable fixture at the Olympics for her.
Spain’s Paula Badosa and Swiatek meet for the first time.
In the opening round of the Olympics, Badosa knocked out France’s Kristina Mladenovic in three sets.
Badosa did make it through the fourth round at Wimbledon before heading to Japan.
We just think that against one of the stronger players in the draw, the Spaniard is going to come up short.

Tennis for Today: Belinda Bencic v Misaki Doi
The final pick of the day is going to be a win for Belinda Bencic for today’s Tennis betting tips.
The Swiss player took a very good opening win, beating the USA’s Jess Beluga in straight sets.
That could have proven to be a tricky match for Bencic.
She needed that win under her belt as well after having lost her two matches before that, one of them in the first round of Wimbledon.
Bencic is a classy player, but her form perhaps hasn’t quite been where she has wanted it this year.
But victory over Doi does look probable.
The two have met before and Bencic has won all three of those precious clashes.
The most recent of those was earlier this year in Adelaide. Two of Bencic’s three wins over Doi have been in straight sets.
Japan’s Doi is ranked 94th in the world at the moment and hasn’t been carrying the kind of form that immediately makes her look a threat in this one.
She picked up a win over Mexico’s Renta Zarazua in the opening round of this Olympic campaign, and it was a comfortable victory.
The degree of difficulty goes up significantly here for Doi.
