There is exciting action to come from Canada for today’s Tennis betting tips with top-tier ATP and WTA events happening.

The men’s action this week is from Toronto while the women’s draw is playing out in Montreal.

There is British interest and we will start today’s tennis betting tips with a look at Dan Evans as he enters the ATP Masters 1000 action.

Tennis Betting Picks Today: Dan Evans v Alexander Bublik

Tennis betting for today looks at an opening-round match at what was formerly known as the Rogers Cup.

Britain’s Dan Evans is back in action, having only had one match since losing in the Third Round of Wimbledon.

Evans was in Washington last week but lost his opener there in straight sets.

The last time that Evans won more than two matches in a tournament was back on the clay at Monte Carlo in April.

It is a four-match losing streak that Evans is currently struggling through on the hard court surface.

But Tuesday’s opponent Alexander Bublik has lost his last three on the surface as well.

So this could be a pretty event contest.

Bublik lost in the first round of the Olympics and then in the first round of Washington last week in his two most recent matches.

The last time that two met, Evans collected a 2-0 victory in Adelaide last year over Bublik, which tied things up in the head to head at 1-1.

This match is there for the taking and Evans is well worth a punt.

Dan Evans to win at 8/11

Tennis Betting Picks Today: Nick Kyrgios v Reilly Opelka

We have some entertainment to come at this ATP Masters 1000 event for tennis betting for today in Toronto as Nick Kyrgios is in action.

Kyrgios hasn’t played a lot this year and holds a W7 L4 record from his handful of matches.

After taking part at Wimbledon, in which he retired in the third round, Kyrgios made his return in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago.

He got past Kevin Anderson in the first round, before falling to Britain’s Cameron Norrie.

This will be the first meeting between Kyrgios and Opelka.

America’s Opelka is a W9 L13 this year on the ATP Tour.

He too was at that same Atlanta tournament and after a bye in the first round, bowed out in his second match of the event.

That is just one victory that Opelka has managed in his last four matches in all tournaments.

We would have given preference to Kyrgios.

Tennis for Today: Magda Linette v Nadia Podoroska

Today’s Tennis betting tips round off with a look at this match from the WTA Montreal tournament.

Poland’s Magda Linette will be pretty pleased with her work in San Jose last week.

She won a couple of matches, before getting eliminated in a tight match against Daria Kasatkina.

That was a little boost of form as well. Before heading to San Jose, Linette had lost four of six matches in a little slump of a spell.

Included in that was a first round loss at the Olympics.

A positive for Linette is that she won the one previous meeting with Podoroska, which happened on clay in Bogota back in 2017.

In her last ten hard court matches, Linette is W5 L5.

That hard court form by Linette is slightly better than that of Podoroska’s who is W4 L6 in her last ten such matches.

This will be her first action since a Third Round defeat at the Olympic games.

Podoroska is ranked slightly higher in the world standings than Linette is, but this looks like being a closely fought contest.

In her last ten matches in all tournaments, Argentina’s Podoroska is W5 L5.

We don’t see why the underdog couldn’t have her day.

Podoroksa to win at 11/10
