Even though he remains the outright favourite in Ladbrokes Strictly Come Dancing betting, Aston Merrygold will be starting to feel a bit of pressure at the head of the market. That is because the odds on Alexandra Burke have been falling and now she comes in at 3/1 and the second favourite at Ladbrokes to win the Glitterball.
Former JLS singer Merrygold bust out a stunning salsa on the weekend and he stays as the season’s front runner at 5/2. But Burke has been stepping it up to offer punters some appealing value in the outright market. Debbie McGee continues to trade very well and her big odds ahead of the season and now diminished down a strong 7/2 punt and with the 58-year-old charming her partner Giovanni Pernice with a kiss, she amped up the appeal level on herself.
Gemma Atkinson and Mollie King are 10/1 shots as neither of them have really see the dance floor alight so far in the competition while the big outsiders in triple figures are Brian Conley, Charlotte Hawkins, Richard Coles, Ruth Langsford, Simon Rimmer and Susan Calman.
