With that having been said, Cardiff have lost their last two league games at home against Norwich and suffered a loss in both games against them last term in the Championship. Cardiff have lost each of their last four league matches against Norwich now since a 2-1 Premier League victory over them in 2014. But at the moment, they are the stronger of the two sides going into this game. It has been a really good team effort from Cardiff in terms of scoring output and Junior Hoilett is their top scorer with five goals and he is a 9/4 anytime goalscorer option with teammate Kenneth Zohore at 13/8. Considering that their opponents are on a stretch of winless form then Cardiff have a good chance to stretch out their winning form in the Championship.
Norwich are down in 15th in the Championship and that is because they are on a six match streak without a win, losing four of those as well. Their decline has been a bit of surprise because they had put together a fantastic eight match unbeaten streak of form prior to that and really looked as if they had found their feet for the season. They have suffered a loss in each of their last two away games, both by a one goal margin at Bolton and Nottingham Forest. Cardiff to win by a one goal margin at Betfair is a price of 5/2 and well worth considering. There has been just the nine away goals for Norwich this season but they have taken three clean sheets in their last five road games. While they aren’t looking likely to win matches at the moment, they may well be able to keep the score down in this one and make it tight. In the Betfair correct scorer market, the 1-1 draw is the shortest priced option at 11/2, but a Cardiff 1-0 will have plenty of appeal at 6/1.
