13:20 Supreme Novices’ Hurdle (Grade 1)

This is the race that kicks it all off and it is such a brilliant spectacle. The strong market favourite in Cheltenham 2021 horse racing odds is APPRECIATE IT at 6/4* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021).

The seven-year-old will look to continue his rapid progress and gives trainer Willie Mullins the first opportunity at landing a winner at the festival. One to watch could be Harry Fry’s METER who comes in with some hot from behind him.

13:55 Arkle (Grade 1)

The Arkle is another of the big features of the opening day of Cheltenham 2021 betting. There is only a small field in attendance for this year’s Arkle renewal and there is a strong odds-on favourite at 8/15 in SHISHKIN who is expected to storm to victory* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021). Will it be a routine victory?

15:05 Champion Hurdle (Grade 1)

The big championship race of the opening day of the Cheltenham Festival 2021 betting is the Champion Hurdle, a superb 2m contest.

The market is a bit tighter in this one than the other two big races on the day with HONEYSUCKLE the current 5/2 market favourite in Champion Hurdle horse racing betting* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021).

But there are a couple of very credible threats in the market as well in a form of EPATANTE and GOSHEN.

15:05 Queen Mother Champion Chase (Grade 1)

The top feature of the three Grade 1 races for Wednesday in Cheltenham horse racing betting is the Queen Mother Champion Chase. This is one of the most popular races of the entire festival and once again presents a fantastic field.

The strong favourite is the brilliant CHACUN POUR SOI at 7/1* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021).

Will he have the run of the track or will there be a challenge fired off at him from the likes of ALTIOR, NUBE NEGRA or POLITOLOGUE?

It’s an intriguing line up? Will the favourite have it all his way in Champion Chase betting?

13:20 Triumph Hurdle (Grade 1)

The popular Marsh Novices’ kicks off the action for Thursday in Cheltenham Festival 2021 betting. This is likely to be one of the more competitive of the big Grade 1 races that are coming up in the festival.

The 4/6 odds-on favourite is the sharp ENVOI ALLEN who on his day is going to take some stopping* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021). But as we have seen time and time again, this race can throw up a surprise.

There are very dangerous lurkers in the field with the likes of SHAN BLUE and MONKFISH knocking around.

14:30 Ryanair Chase

Another of the top fixtures of the day and a race that connections prepare tremendously for is the Ryanair Chase. The current favourite is ALLAHO at 5/1 as he looks to fend off some serious challengers* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021)

This is one cracking line up for the Ryanair renewal as IMPERIAL AURA, MELON and MIN are among those expected to head to the start. This has the making of being one of the races of the Festival with very strong claims coming in from all directions.

15:05 Stayers Hurdle (Grade 1)

The big championship race of the day is the Stayers Hurdle and in Cheltenham 2021 betting it is the imperious PAISLEY PARK who looks to be the one to stop as the 15/8 favourite* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021).

But this is a strong line up for this tough assignment as notable names like ROKSANA, LISNAGAR OSCAR and SIRE DE BERLAIS are expected to bring in some pretty strong challenges.

13:20 Triumph Hurdle

To start Gold Cup day in Cheltenham 2021 betting we have the Triumph Hurdle. It is ZANAHIYR who is the current 7/4 market leader for the contest* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021).

Other feature names coming in for the challenge include ADAGIO and TRITONIC who are likely to be very well supported in the field.

15:05 Cheltenham Gold Cup

This is the headlining act and the favourite in Cheltenham Gold Cup betting is AL BOUM PHOTO at 5/2 at the moment* (betting odds recorded at 21:55 GMT on March 14th, 2021).

He is looking to complete a straight hattrick at the Cheltenham Gold Cup which would be a tremendous feat for trainer Willie Mullins. Will he handle himself again?

Some of the main threats in Cheltenham Gold Cup betting include A PLUS TARD and CHAMP. This is the big one. Will we get to see a bit of history being made by Al Boum Photo who looks to replicate Best Mate’s feat in 2004?
