Yes, it is a small field (as it was last year), but this is a cracking renewal of the Silviniaco Conti Chase.
This could be a highlight at Kempton on the weekend.

The dual Grade 2 winner will be keenly looking for a revival after things went wrong in the King George VI Chase on Boxing Day.
Mister Fisher was pulled up in that one, as he was just struggling in it, trying to punch above his weight.
But this is a bit of an easier assignment for him on the weekend.
He is still fully entitled to come on in this sphere.
The 8-year-old will be favoured by the shorter trip in this one as well, so the claims are certainly there.
Mister Fisher goes for a winning yard, which has claimed three wins in the Silviniaco Conti Chase since 2016.
Eldorado Allen in very good form
There is a lot to like about ELDORADO ALLEN who continues to head in the right direction.

There was a Grade 2 novices’ success for Eldorado Allen last season. But his form was taken to new levels on his reappearance.
Eldorado Allen scored the Haldon Gold Cup at Exeter after his break in fine style.
That made people sit up and notice and with a more than credible third in a follow up at Peterborough (Grade 2), he has a lot more to offer in this one.
Can Rouge Vif rediscover his best?
ROUGE VIF is more than capable but there’s just no guarantee that he will put things together on the day.
He certainly wasn’t at his best when he finished right at the back of a field of four on his latest run.
That was in a Grade 2 Cheltenham first two months ago, also a reappearance run.
Rouge Vif hasn’t quite clicked for a while now but is from a top yard.
He may likely get himself back on track at some point.
The extra trip that faces Rouge Vif may help. There are genuine claims there if he is in the right mood.

Things haven’t been going too well recently for 9/2 shot DEFI DU SEUIL* (odds recorded at 19:11 GMT on January 14th, 2022 at Coral).
He was very poor at Ascot when he made his reappearance a couple of months ago.
That was in the Grade 2 Chanelle Pharma 1965 Chase on a 2m 5f trip and he never looked like fulfilling his 3/1 FAV tag.
It was a fourth palace finish in the end and a remote one too.
Defi Du Seuil was a big favourite for the 2020 Queen Mother, but completely tanked there and has never really hit the heights of his previous form that got him to that point.

The racing tip for Saturday’s Silviniaco Conti chase is ELDORADO ALLEN at 11/4* (odds recorded at 19:11 GMT on January 14th, 2022 at Coral).
We are looking at how he won the Haldon Gold Cup for that. He wasn’t disgraced in his follow up at Peterborough and the shorter trip is a great move.
The other main contender in the field is MISTER FISHER despite pulling up in the King George last month.
He is a proven performer in Grade 2 chases and with his sights lowered a little bit from that last effort, Mister Fisher should be right there.
