Harrovian hard to ignore in Doncaster feature

Horse Racing Betting

The rain is apparently on its way but fast going is forecast at Doncaster ahead of a busy weekend.
Conditions are likely suit several runners in the feature Sky Sports Racing HD Virgin 535 Handicap, a Class 3 handicap for four-year-olds and over run over an extended 1m2f which is the feature on Town Moor.

Doncaster Facts and Figures

Doncaster is a left-handed, largely flat galloping track.
Races up to 7f are run on the Straight course with races over a mile shared between the Straight course and the Round course. All races beyond a mile are run on the latter.
The draw advantage on Town Moor has been largely negated since drainage work in the Noughties but it can still be difficult to win with a high draw over a mile on the Round course in fields of 15 or more runners.
Hugo Palmer has a good strike-rate among the many Newmarket trainers who make the journey north. Ismail Mohammed also does well with fewer runners.
Ryan Moore and Danny Tudhope are among the jockeys to follow.

Sky Sports Racing HD Virgin 535 Handicap Predictions

Elector has left Sir Michael Stoute for David O’Meara but won on fast going at Newmarket on his return to action last year so there are no fitness concerns.
It’s hard to imagine that new connections won’t have plenty of fun with the Dansili gelding, who is a best 10/1 with Paddy Power today.
Ismail Mohammed’s runners this year have returned a healthy level-stakes profit and he’ll be hoping that Away He Goes adds to the tally in the weeks ahead.
A winner at Newbury and Newmarket last season, both on fast ground, he travelled strongly at Newbury on his return to action.
In the end, others were fitter on the day but maybe this drop back in distance will see him in the firing-line again at 7/2 with Paddy Power.
Mick Easterby’s yard is still struggling for form but Where’s Jeff did win three times last year, including the historic Cumberland Plate at Carlisle, and is priced up at 33/1 with Betvictor.
Ironclad also won twice last year, at Beverley and Newmarket, and it’s possible that he found 1m4f too far on his final start at Kempton. Hugo Palmer’s lightly-raced son of Dubawi is a brother to two winners and a half-brother to the owner’s smart middle-distance performer Mirage Dancer so is likely to improve with age. Ryan Moore takes the reins and the four-year-old is a general 9/2.
Kaloor (6/1 with Bet365) was slowly away at Haydock but, like Storting (12/1 with Paddy Power), probably has a bit to prove in a race like this.
HARROVIAN represents the John Gosden/Frankie Dettori combination that can do little wrong at present.
Predictably, the top weight is favourite here (15/8 with Betvictor) but that lofty market position looks fully justified.
Without any headgear, the gelding was looking about him at Haydock 19 days ago and ran into trouble. By the time he got a clear run, the winner had flown but he still stayed on strongly and put daylight between himself and the others.
The handicapper has put him up a pound for that, which seems an over-reaction, but the cheekpieces are back on today and the faster going is another plus.

For example, if you bet £10 and win £15, then bet £10 again and win £10, you have wagered £20 (£10 bet + £10 bet) but you have won £25 (£15 + £10).
So if you need to wager a total of £350, whatever you have left in your bonus balance after you have completed the wagering will turn into real cash and can be withdrawn.
Please note that for some types of games, the percentage contribution towards the amount you have to wager may be different, as follows:
Slots / Scratchcards / Numbers Games -100% (£10 bet = £10 wagered);

Blackjack / Craps – 10% (£10 bet = £1 wagered);
Baccarat (all versions) – 0% (£10 bet = 0 wagered).
If you have more than one casino bonus, any wagering must be completed one offer at a time and will begin with the first offer awarded. Once this is completed, wagering on the next bonus can be triggered.
