Everton News and Form – Will Everton keep winning home form going?

Everton have won both home games this season in the Premier League, the victories happening against Watford and Wolves. The two wins were both by a one-goal margin. That moved them onto a six-match winning streak at home in the Premier League, rolling over from last season.

Sheffield United News and Form – Can Blades raid Goodison Park?

Sheffield United suffered a 1-0 defeat at home against Southampton last weekend. That was despite them being all over their opponents. The Blades just couldn’t find a way through, couldn’t get that little bit of quality together in the final third.

Situations like that are costly points dropped for a newly promoted team. Sheffield United are left at W1 D2 L2 this season after last weekend’s result. Their lone win this term happened at home against Crystal Palace. The Blades are undefeated on the road.

It has been back to back draws on the road for the Blades at Bournemouth and Chelsea, which is a pretty good return. There is no margin for the kind of wastefulness that beset Sheffield United last weekend. They will be missing striker Billy Sharp because of his red card last weekend.
