Ghana are scrapping to stay in the World Cup after losing their opener at the death against the USA. They haven’t kept a clean sheet in their last five World Cup matches, which could likely spell big trouble against Germany. However, they have only conceded six goals in those five and two of those were against the USA. That sums up Ghana, who are a solid, hard working team, who don’t give a lot away but they don’t threaten too much up front either. Four of the last six goals which the African nation have conceded at the World Cup have all been from set pieces. The don’t look to be in the form to challenge Germany here having won one and lost four of their last six played. Their best chance is trying to keep things as tight as possible for as long as possible. THe movement of Germany should break them down.

The Africans are heavy underdogs here and rightly so given the impressive performance that Germany put in against Portugal.
