This is a big battle to open the group with. Italy have won this tournament 5 times, Spain 4 making them the most successful nations in the tournament history. Just two years ago in the 2017 edition, both Spain and Italy topped their respective groups. Italy went on to lose against Spain in a big semi-final duel. The Italians are the hosts of the tournament and this is a sold out match in Bologna.
