There is a feature at online betting site Ladbrokes that is perhaps easy to overlook, but it is a feature that is going to offer quite a bit of important control. At the best of times, accumulators can be tricky beasts to handle but the feature makes things a little easier to tame and take control of. This is the Ladbrokes Edit My Acca feature which gives you a chance to go back and change your mind over the sections in an accumulator bet that you have already placed.

The Purpose of Edit My Acca

Just imagine you have built say a sixfold wager and suddenly you are thinking that perhaps one of those selections wasn’t all that wise of a choice. Or perhaps with the bet active one of the legs are losing. The entire bet would go down if just that one leg was to go on and lose.

But instead of waiting around for the bet to lose, you can take action if you can see things are not quite going to plan. With the Ladbrokes Edit My Acca feature you have the ability to cut that selection which looks as if it is well on its way to losing, from your overall bet!

Edit active bets!

With the Edit My Acca feature you get the opportunity to go in and exclude selections AFTER you have placed your bet and even AFTER the selected events have gotten underway. So this is basically the chance to revise your bet, to fine tune it to increase your chances of winning.

Naturally, if you are chopping a selection or two out of an accumulator it is going to have a substantial effect on your potential return amount. Once you have amended your accumulator through the feature, you will be shown the new revised potential return without the selections that you have decided to chop.

How to use it

You can go to the My Accas section where you will see your current accumulator bets. You can just hit the Edit My Acca button there on a bet and then you will be able to cancel out any legs of the bet that you want to by deleting them. Then just a quick confirmation of your editing and you will be done. You will then see you newly amended accumulator on your My Acca page.

When you edit an accumulator the amount that you get from settling the first bet, which is essentially what happens when you edit it, will be used as the new stake for the new bet based on the remaining selections in your amended accumulator bet. Again, you will be able to see the new potential return amount. The feature gives you plenty of control and flexibility over your accumulator wagers.
