Leeds United News and Form – Will Bielsa’s boys hit back?
Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United relinquished top spot after losing 1-0 at Charlton last weekend. The Whites never really got going at The Valley, with Macauley Bonne’s 32nd-minute goal proving to be the difference.
United have now lost three of their last five in all competitions. Leeds were beaten by Stoke City on penalties in the Carabao Cup before losing to Swansea City and Charlton in the league. Overall, United have won five, lost two and drawn two of nine Championship games.
Bielsa’s men have been excellent away from home this season. Before losing at The Valley, Leeds had secured successive away victories at Bristol City, Salford City, Wigan Athletic, Stoke and Barnsley.
