Really Manchester United should have two wins from two on the board at the start of this new Premier League season. But they missed an opportunity at the win away at Wolves on Monday night with Paul Pogba failing to convert a second-half penalty. So that left Manchester United playing out a draw at Molineux. They do look to have a better attacking platform going this season. They look very quick across their front three and that allows them to play quickly and dynamically on the counter-attack.

They Eagles have not made a great start to the new Premier League season. They’re one of two sides who are yet to hit the back of the net in this season’s top-flight (Watford). It was a 0-0 home draw against Everton that the Eagles started with. There was a missed opportunity for them though because Everton had been reduced to 10 men in the second half of that fixture. Palace’s star player Wilfried Zaha only started on the bench in that opening game at Selhurst Park.

For their second league game of the season, Crystal Palace went to Bramall Lane to take on the newly-promoted Sheffield United. It was a 1-0 loss that the Eagles took which gave them a miserable long trip back down south. Crystal Palace didn’t have a great summer of transfers as they seemed to be looking in all the wrong areas and not improving what really needed improving. They have done nothing to fix their lack of goals or lack of creativity for example. They look as if they are going to be badly short of goalscoring output this season.
