The Red Devils have already been getting some pre-season action in. They faced Leeds in midweek and a blend of youth and experience produced a 4-0 win for Manchester United. This is going to be a much bigger game though which is being played in Kallang, Singapore. The fixture against Leeds was their last match on a tour of Australia so they are racking up the air miles. Paul Pogba was in action against Leeds. Striker Mason Greenwood seems to be causing a positive buzz about himself. Boss Ole Gunnar Solkshar has said that the youngster is putting himself in contention to start their first Premier League game of the new season. Romelu Lukaku didn’t take part at all in their tour Down Under. Is he about to depart Old Trafford?

Inter have been heavily linked with a move for Lukaku. If that is going on behind the scenes, the Belgian is not likely to take part in this one either. Inter played a domestic friendly against Lugano last weekend, taking a 2-1 win in the match. That was pretty much a youth effort from the San Siro side though. But that has been their only action before the International Champions Cup. The man in charge now is former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte who came in over the summer. They have dabbled a little bit in the transfer market with attacking options Matteo Positano and Eddie Salcedo coming in. But their defence has had a major upgrade after getting Diego Godin on a free transfer from Atletico Madrid. Following this Inter will go on and face Juventus and the Spurs in the ICC.
