Manchester United’s positive form continued on the weekend with another win in the Premier League. This will be the first-ever game between PSG and Man Utd coming up. The Red Devils got through the group stage in second place behind Juventus. It wasn’t a comfortable qualification process for them. Last season in the round of sixteen, this is where United fell, missing out against Sevilla. They lost at home in the second leg of that tie did Man Utd and that ended a 21-match unbeaten run of home form in Europe that they were on.

Manchester United have actually lost two of their last three home games now in the round of sixteen in the Champions League. In this season’s group stage, they went W1 D1 L1 at Old Trafford. Manchester United have only lost five of their last 26 European games (W16 D5). United have won six of seven previous two-legged ties against French sides. Manchester United have won their last three on home soil against French teams. Overall United have a home record of W10 D3 L0 against French opposition. They have won ten of their last eleven games in all competitions now, scoring in each of their last seventeen.

PSG have won half of their previous six two-legged knockout ties against English sides.

The French champions have hit the back of the net in each of their last 22 Champions League games.
