Norwich collected a point from a 1-1 draw out at West Brom last weekend in a big clash in the Championship. That leaves Norwich on a four-match winless streak of form now in the second tier (D3 L1). It has been just one win from Norwich in their last six played and that slip of form has started look costly for them because they have fallen to third place in the table. The Blues had a tough game last weekend as they suffered a defeat against Middlesbrough. Middlesbrough are, like Norwich, a current top-five side. So that leaves Birmingham sitting just outside of the playoffs heading into the weekend, looking to make up a four-point gap to the top six. The loss against Middlesbrough also snapped a good five-match unbeaten streak of form that Birmingham were on (W2 D3)

Birmingham have an away record of W4 D5 L4 this season and they are undefeated in each of their last four away games, winning two of those. Birmingham have scored in each of their last nine away games in the Championship and they have also been winning at half-time in five of their away games (D4 L4). Of the goals which they have conceded on their travels 62% of them have come after the halftime break.
