Premier League Matchday 13: Best Betting Football Tips

Arsenal vs. Newcastle United: EPL Betting Tip

Arsenal welcome Newcastle to the Emirates Stadium in the first Premier League game of the weekend on Saturday afternoon. After a sobering defeat at Anfield last time out, the Gunners will be hoping to get back to winning ways in this one.

Arsenal’s impressive ten-match unbeaten run came to an end last weekend. After four straight league and cup wins, they were second best against Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, leaving Anfield with a disappointing 4-0 defeat. Nevertheless, Arteta’s men have improved drastically since the start of the campaign.

Our betting prediction:
Arsenal to win & over 2.5 goals
21/20

Eddie Howe started life at Newcastle with a 3-3 home draw with Brentford last time out. The new boss, who watched on from a hotel room, will have been pleased with his team’s fighting spirit. However, with Norwich City winning again, the Magpies dropped to the foot of the table.

After last week’s disappointing showing at Anfield, we fancy Arsenal to strike back with a comfortable home win against the league’s bottom side. You can get 11/10 for the Gunners to win -1.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Leeds United: Best Premier League Betting Predictions

In Saturday’s late game in the Premier League, Graham Potter’s Brighton & Hove Albion welcome Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United to the Amex Stadium. The Seagulls started well but have not won since September. Can Brighton make home advantage count here?

Brighton have been tough to beat this season, with just Everton, Manchester City and Aston Villa beating them in league action. Potter’s men could do with a victory, though, having failed to win any of their last eight league and cup matches.

Leeds have had tough time so far this season, picking up just two victories from their opening 12 Premier League fixtures. United hover just above the relegation zone, two points ahead of 18th-place Burnley. Bielsa’s men could certainly do with a positive result from this one.

Both teams will be gunning for maximum points at the Amex, but we can see the pair cancelling each other out on Saturday night. With that in mind, take a punt on the solid odds of 18/5 for the draw and both teams to score.

Manchester City vs. West Ham United: EPL Betting Odds & Predictions

Man City and West Ham United do battle in a tasty-looking Premier League fixture at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Hammers have been in outstanding form this season, but City are the clear favourites with the bookies.

After a shock 2-0 home reverse to Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace, Man City have responded in style. The champions cruised to a 2-0 win over rivals Man United at Old Trafford before the international break. They then returned to action with a comfortable 3-0 home success over struggling Everton last weekend.

David Moyes’ West Ham suffered a rare defeat last time out, losing 1-0 to Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux. That was the Hammers’ first away loss this season. West Ham sit fourth at present, six points off leaders Chelsea.

As good as West Ham have been this term, we can see them struggling at the Etihad at the weekend. Our money is going on a comfortable Man City victory – back the hosts to win both halves at 9/5.

Manchester City 8/5
Draw 12/5
West Ham United 17/10

Chelsea vs. Manchester United: Best Premier League Betting Tips on Matchday 13

Chelsea and Man United go head-to-head in a blockbuster game from Stamford Bridge on Sunday. The Blues, who lead the way, will be looking for a home win, but can United upset the leaders on their own patch?

Chelsea have been sensational this season, winning nine of their opening 12 league games. The Blues thumped Italian heavyweights Juventus 4-0 at home in the UEFA Champions League in midweek. After dropping points in their last home league game, Tuchel will want a win here.

Michael Carrick started life as interim Man United boss with an excellent away victory in the Champions League on Tuesday. Goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho gave the Red Devils a much-needed 2-0 victory at Villarreal. This will be Carrick’s first league game in charge after taking over from the sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

United head to London in abysmal form in the league, losing five of the last seven. Unfortunately for Carrick and his troops, we are backing Chelsea to get the points from this one. There is good value in Unibet’s 27/20 for the home side to be winning at half time and full time.
