Rangers can be pretty pleased with their start to the new season. They are within touching distance of the playoffs in the Europa League and they have won their first two domestic league games of the new campaign. The first leg ended up being a little bit crazy in this tie. Rangers were leading 1-0 at the halftime break in Denmark and then the second half just came to life. Rangers were 3-0 up at one point but were suddenly pegged back to 3-2 before netting their fourth of the game.

Their defence is without a clean sheet in three played now, and with both teams having scored in each of those games, that makes for a decent betting option. The Gers have played three home games this season and have scored a total of 14 goals. Rangers secured a 10-0 aggregate win over St Josephs in the first qualifying round, before beating Progres Niedercorn 2-0 on aggregate. They have been pretty proficient in front of goal and their defence hasn’t been so bad they are they are likely to collapse their way out this tie. Midtjylland have scored in all six of their fixtures for the season in which they have played across all competitions. They need three goals at the minimum at Ibrox on Thursday night to stand a chance of turning this tie on its head. Unlike Rangers who started in the first qualifying round, Midtjylland made their entry at this third round stage.
