Rangers got a powerful win on the board in the end in their first leg of this Europa League Qualifier. They were sitting at 0-0 at the halftime break out in Gibraltar but cruised to a 4-0 success, easing all of their frustrations from the first 45 minutes. Opening the scoring for the Gers was Ryan Jack before new signing Sheyi Ojo doubled their tally. Rounding out the scoring was Borna Barisic and Alfredo Morelos.
So obviously that means that the tie should be in the bag for Rangers now. There’s still a long way to go to get to the group stage as they did last season.
