Real Madrid vs Galatasaray Betting Tips – UEFA Champions League, 6th November 20.00pm
Real Madrid and Galatasaray lock horns in the UEFA Champions League at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid on Wednesday evening. Paris Saint-Germain are top of Group A after winning all three of their group matches thus far. Real have picked up four points, Club Brugge have two and Galatasaray are bottom with one point to their name. Zinedine Zidane’s men, who won in Turkey two weeks back, will fancy their chances in this one.

Real Madrid News and Form – Easy win for Zidane’s Real?
Los Blancos, who are 13-time European champions, have not had the best of starts in the Champions League this season. Real Madrid have taken just four points from a possible nine so far. After losing 3-0 to PSG in France, Los Merengues were then held to a 2-2 home draw by Brugge on matchday two.
However, Madrid picked up a much-needed win in Istanbul last month. Toni Kroos’ early goal was enough to give Real a narrow 1-0 win at the Turk Telekom Stadium. With Paris seemingly on their way to a first-place finish, three points for Real on Wednesday will be vital in the race for second spot.
The Spanish outfit have not been at their best this season, but Zidane’s side have been beaten just once since that heavy defeat in the French capital in September. Real should have no problems in this one.
Real Madrid vs Galatasaray Head to Head
Last month’s matchup in Istanbul was the first meeting between the two clubs for six years
Real Madrid have won the last three, scoring a staggering 11 times and shipping just two along the way
The Spanish giants have won five of the past six meetings
Back in April 2013, Galatasaray beat Real 3-2 at home. However, Madrid progressed 5-3 on aggregate
- Los Blancos are unbeaten at home this term, winning four and drawing three
- Galatasaray have lost half of their last six in league and cup
- Real were held to a 0-0 home draw by Real Betis in La Liga last time out
Galatasaray News and Form – Another tough European night for the Turkish team
After ten matches, Galatasaray are in seventh spot in the Turkish Super Lig. Fatih Terim’s troops, who won the title last season, have picked up just four league wins thus far, drawing four and losing two of the other six.
In this term’s Champions League, the Yellow-Reds have drawn one and lost two up until now. Since claiming a 0-0 draw with Club Brugge in Belgium, Galatasaray have been beaten 1-0 by both PSG and Real Madrid. Only a positive result in Madrid in midweek will do if the Turkish side want to keep their slim Round of 16 hopes alive.
Galatasaray head to the Spanish capital as the overwhelming underdogs, with bet365 pricing Terim’s men at 15/1 to secure a shock win at the Bernabeu. Meanwhile, the draw is available at 13/2.

Real Madrid vs Galatasaray Predictions
Real Madrid win: Without being at their blistering best, Real Madrid did enough to secure a narrow victory over Galatasaray two weeks ago. Toni Kroos’ 18th-minute goal proved to be the difference between the two teams in Istanbul.
Los Merengues have blown hot and cold away from home this season, winning three, drawing two and losing two of seven away matches in all competitions so far. At the Bernabeu, though, Real are unbeaten in seven. After seeing off the Turkish champions without conceding in the reverse game, I’m backing Madrid to win 2-0 (7/1) on Wednesday.
Karim Benzema was on target in Real’s big 5-0 win over Leganes recently, and the French striker has scored seven times in 13 appearances for Los Blancos this term. Back Benzema to notch anytime in midweek at 4/7.
