Punters will be turning their betting attention to Royal Ascot this week as the Festival gets its annual renewal. The Festival boasts 30 races across the five days of action and with football on a summer break, then horse racing betting gets even more attention. In total there are eight Group 1 races going off across the five days and on Tuesday, two for the feature races are the 2.30 and 4.20pm
The 2.30 pm Festival Opener is the Queen Anne Stakes, what should be a thrilling Group 1 race which is being headed up by the powerful Ribchester who no-one has been able to touch in the betting market. Later in the afternoon, we get to see one of the star attractions of the entire festive, Churchill going out in action in the St James’s Palace Stakes where he will look to get the better of Barney Roy once more.
