14:30 Queen Mary Stakes – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Fillies’ Group 2, 2YO only, 21 declared, 5f

Preview: The breeding is there to expect LOVE REIGNS to get into this contest at Royal Ascot on Wednesday.

She opened her career with a dominating success at Keeneland 47 days ago. That was as easy of a victory that you will likely see at a 5f distance.

Love Reigns enters for a yard that has an excellent track record in this contest so warrants some big respect on the day.

Another that lands on the shortlist for Royal Ascot tips is DRAMATISED who was also a winner on her debut.

That win was at Newmarket and she posted a good time in. There’s plenty of room for growth and progress there as she looked green.

LADY TILBURY is not to be overlooked in this contest after rapidly getting on the up with her form.

A good runner-up spot on her debut was followed up by back-to-back wins

. Lady Tilbury scored comfortably at Tipperary a couple of weeks ago.

YAHSAT warrants respect as well who scored at the second time of asking when landing a novice event at Pontefract.

She does appear to have an excellent turn of speed in her and was only narrowly defeated in a Listed run a month ago at York.

15:05 Queen’s Vase – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Group 2, 3YO only, 12 declared, 1m 6f

Preview: ELDAR ELDAROV puts his unbeaten record on the line having won two from two.

He is taking on more exposed ones in this contest but rates as a danger.

Eldar Eldarov was well in control over everything when he scored at Newcastle three weeks ago.

Form from that race reads strongly and he should be right in the frame.

Also getting on our shortlist for Royal Ascot Tips is BALTIC BIRD who has been improving well.

He got off the mark at the third time of asking when doing what was asked of him at Yarmouth three weeks ago.

Baltic Bird looks like a fine fit coming up in both grade and distance for Wednesday’s effort. He comes from a winning yard so has a chance.

As a longer-priced option in the Queen’s Vase betting, ANCHORAGE is worth a look. He has been one of the busiest of the entries in this field.

There is some decent juvenile form to look back on, including a credible Group 3 run. This longer trip is sure to suit him.

15:40 Prince Of Wales’s Stakes – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Group 1, 4YO plus, 5 declared, 1m 2f

Preview: This is the big Group 1 fixture of the day and heading up the market as the favourite is BAY BRIDGE.

He looks firmly in the realms of being a high-class operator the way that he won the Brigadier Gerard at Sandown three weeks ago.

That was a simply sparkling reappearance run, making it five wins on the spin for Sir Michael Stoute’s charge.

Bay Bridge is the one to beat even though he is the only one in the field with no prior Group 1 experience.

STATE OF REST is interesting after getting in the frame in the Tattersalls Gold Cup on his latest.

He has a couple of top-tier wins under his belt from last season on different continents. He’s not without a chance.

The Japanese raider SHAHRYAR is an intriguing one after impressing in a Sheema Classic win at Meydan.

That was on his first trip abroad and he will therefore have his first run in Britain in midweek. But any repeat kind of form he should be right in the mix.

16:20 Duke Of Cambridge Stakes – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Fillies and Mares Group 2, 4YO plus, 8 declared, 1m (str)

Preview: There is a cracking fixture ahead in this one with three big players looking to scrap it out.

This race really could go any way.

SAFFRON BEACH ended last season on the up and took the Sun Chariot dominantly ahead of Mother Earth.

On her reappearance run, she had a run at Meydan 81 days ago and ran with credit for a fourth-place finish there.

BASHRIKOVA claimed a win on her latest run, which was the Princess Elizabeth Stakes at the derby meeting.

That took her form to another new level in that one and she has been rapidly progressing. Bashkirova could have even more to come.

Another of the big shortlist contenders in this one is MOTHER EARTH, the winner of last year’s 1000 Guineas.

Mother Earth opened the season with a score at the Curragh, but was disappointing in the Lockinge at Newbury on her latest.

A bounceback is not out of the question however and she is 5lb better off against Saffron Beach when she was beaten by that rival in the Sun Chariot in October.

We do have to squeeze in one more contender here which is SBILIA SPAIN who brings winning form to the table.

On a switch to more positive tactics, she scored over in France last month, things falling into place for her.

17:00 Royal Hunt Cup – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Class 2 heritage handicap, 3YO plus, 30 declared, 1m (str)

Preview: There is a huge field of declared runners to dig through for the Royal Hunt Cup on Wednesday.

ASTON KING will be better for having had a race under his belt at Thirsk 7 weeks ago.

But it was his performance in this last year that really puts him in the frame.

It was a storming run from Aston King to take runner up and he could go further on a return.

CRUYFF TURN claimed a win last time out, scoring on a 1m tip at York. Good progress was made in that one.

This one will demand more from him, but Cruyff Turn was a four-time winner last year and could make his presence felt.

We also consider LEGEND OF DUBAI who is sitting on a hattrick chance in this one. The latest of those was 7 weeks ago at Newmarket.

The win came cosily for Legend Of Dubai and that was only his second run in the last 18 months.

He should pose a threat here even though he jumps up 11lb for that latest winning effort.

TOTALLY CHARMING is the final one on the shortlist in this one. He picked up a victory 12 days ago during the Epsom Derby Festival.

He just keeps getting better and Frankie Dettori now takes over on Totally Charming, who will be carrying a 5lb penalty.

17:35 Windsor Castle Stakes – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Listed, 2YO only, 24 declared, 5f

Preview: LITTLE BIG BEAR is at the head of the market for this contest after looking extremely good on both appearances so for.

He built firmly on a promising debut to score at Nass with plenty to spare 39 days ago.

The time was excellent and he looks like the biggest threat in this field.

FAR SHOT has Frankie Dettori booked for Wednesday and looks like a decent colt to follow. He took a maiden score at Yarmouth earlier this month.

This is a quick return to action for him, but he isn’t without a chance for a former winning yard.

UNION COURT has won both appearances so far so is well worth considering for the shortlist in Royal Ascot tips.

She kicked things off with a score at Leicester and then a followed up under a penalty at Chepstow.

Union Court has big claims and is the leading filly here.

18:10 Kensington Palace Stakes – Royal Ascot Tips

Race Details: Fillies and mares handicap, Class 2, 4YO plus, 22 declared, 1m

Preview: WHITE MOONLIGHT won the two runs that she had in 2019 and then disappeared for a long time.

That was until their reappearance run two weeks ago, which will help her claims here.

White Moonlight took third place at Chelmsford in that reappearance run, showing that she retains plenty of ability.

FFION showed some nice form with a win taken at Chester six weeks ago, which was a clear step forward in her progress.

Ffion was in good consistent form last season as well and looks ready to take things to the next level.

HAZIYA opened the year with a victory when scoring at Leopardstown in April on a 1m trip.

She was handed an extra 13lb she ran with full credit at the CUrragh next timeout, taking a third-place finish.

Haziya is unexposed at this distance, but could easily get in the reckoning.
