He was last seen at Newbury a couple of weeks ago and he looked to have things in control until a furlong from home at 6f.
So he comes back down to the minimum trip and should feature strongly. Jungle Speed also takes a drop of 2lb after his recent fourth at Newbury. He has to be kept on side.

SECRETINTHEPARK doesn’t look to be far away from a win. He went really well on his latest trip, excellently claiming a second place at Newmarket on a 5f trip.
That was less than a month ago so he should be sharp and fit. Secretinthepark should shape for another bold run.
OUROYSTERCATCHER is a former course and distance winner. His last trip was over C&D as well, just five days ago when he claimed third place in a good handicap contest.
That was from a field of eight and he hasn’t been far from the mark in his last two efforts and can get close. He stays at the same mark as his recent run here.

SEA TROUT REACH scored a win on his last trip, which was at Windsor three weeks ago.
He just powered to a strong finish and based on that he should be back in contention for another victory here, even though this is a longer trip.

Another one to watch in the odds for this one is AMIR KABIR who has looked really sharp on his return.
He scored a second place on his return to action as a three year old and then went one better to score a handicap success at Wolverhampton just under three weeks ago.

The first win that she stuck on the board was at Doncaster in June and then scored against Haydock just over two weeks ago.
There is plenty of scope for more from her and she is an obvious threat in this race.
SETARHE looks the best of the rest for this race after a second place finish at Royal Ascot to Dandalla in the Albany Stakes.
Dandalla was the one who only narrowly beat FEV ROVER in the Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes at Newmarket.

He has had a reappearance under his belt which was at Royal Ascot where he managed neither weight nor distance all that well.
Comes down significantly for this one after the big gut-busting stamina test of the Ascot Stakes. He should be far better down at this trip and signed off for his 2019 campaign with an eas twin at Chester.

We can easily see AMAZING RED mounting some kind of challenge in this contest. He landed a third-place finish at Newmarket on his last trip which was significantly his best effort for a while.
From a 66/1 SP he took third of thirteen in a competitive race. So this should be just about in Amazing Red’s wheelhouse you would imagine.
PLATITUDE is down in the weights and that could make him a threat in this one.
He has put in a couple of decent efforts since coming back into action with a fourth at Newmarket and a fifth at Ascot.
Not to be totally ruled out although he tends to be an inconsistent sort.

KINGS ROYAL HUSSAR can enter the frame in this one. He was last seen at Newbury on an extended 1m 5f trip where he stayed on to take third place.
It is likely that he can put in a similar effort at a slightly longer trip here as he sat on a very nice mark at the bottom of the weights. He is one for the shortlist.
SASHENKA will be taking on a new distance here, but still there should be claims from her. She knows how to mix things up after taking a fourth place finish in a Doncaster handicap recently.
That was in a big field of seventeen as well. She scored twice last year and is not to be dismissed.

He is bang in form at the moment as he is sitting on a four-timer.
It’s back to back wins for Notforalongtime since his return to action, securing the hattrick after six months away. He should be a huge threat based on that obviously.

PLEDGE OF HONOUR has some claims in this one as well as he makes his handicap debut. He has gone well so far on his three racetrack appearances, which were all on the all-weather.
Pledge Of Honour scored a second place finish on his return to action which was at Chelmsford in February. It’s both a handicap and turf debut for him.
The well-bred KAFFEE could enter the calculations as well. He got himself off the mark on his last run, a maiden at Windsor over a 1m trip.
That was three weeks ago and coming into handicapping with Oisin Murphy lined up for trainer Andrew Balding, the colt has some claims.
