Today’s football betting tips will bring our selections from a range of competitions.

At the top of the list, international action constitutes the Nations League.

But there is also some domestic league action in England that we want to focus on for football betting tips today.

We will kick things off though with a look at some international action.

Best Football Betting Tips Today: Germany v Switzerland

At the seventh time of asking Germany finally won their first Nations League match. That came through a 2-1 win in Ukraine.

That moves them on to a W1 D2 record for this current campaign.

It also ended a three-match sequence of drawn matches by Germany across competitive and friendly action.

So they will have been relieved to get that and they are 4/9 odds-on, back on home turf to get another win on Tuesday.

They are playing host to Switzerland and form has deserted the Swiss a bit.

Switzerland, who are 5/1 underdogs for Tuesday’s game, are D1 L3 in their last four games.

Their return to Nations League action over the weekend ended in a 1-0 loss against Spain. Not the worst result in the world.

The Swiss now have no clean sheet in any of their last five games and they faced Gibraltar in that sequence.

Also with them having lost against Ukraine earlier in this group, we expect them to leave empty handed.

Germany to win & BTTS at 2/1

Football Betting Picks Today: Ukraine v Spain

The other top fixture from the Nations League on Tuesday night is Ukraine v Spain.

Spain resumed their Nations League action with a 1-0 win over Switzerland at home over the weekend.

That is just one goal that the Spaniards have conceded in their last six games, so they are, once again, so hard to break down.

Earlier in this campaign, Spain routed Ukraine 4-0 and we would expect them to get a result from this one.

Not to the same extent in terms of scoreline, but a comfortable win to nil has to have appeal at 11/18 with Bet365.

Ukraine are struggling with their form at the moment having lost their last three. Two of those were competitive matches.

They lost 2-1 against Germany over the weekend in Nations League action.

That is a total of 13 goals that Ukraine have conceded in their last three games.

Because of that it is hard to see them stopping the Spain train.

Spain to win to nil at 11/8

Football Betting Tips for Today: Oxford v Crewe

Next for football betting for today we are heading to League One in England.

Home side Oxford are in need of some relief having lost three of their opening four games.

They have only played one game so far at home in the league and that ended in a reverse against Sunderland.

That can be excused but the worry for Oxford is that they are averaging two goals per game against them already this season.

But they are the 11/10 favourites here against the newly promoted Crewe. The U’s have only ever lost one previous home game against them.

Crewe have done well to respond with back to back wins in their league campaign, having lost their opening two.

But both of those wins were on home soil, so they needed to prove themselves on the road.

The interesting thing here is that The Railywaymen have only conceded three goals all season, so have been much better at the back than Oxford have.

We have to just stick with the draw here.

Draw at 13/5

Online Betting Football Tip: Cheltenham v Grimsby

Action from League Two is next on the cards for today’s football betting tips and it comes from Whaddon Road.

Cheltenham are in a purple patch of form at the moment having won their last three league outings.

Not only have The Robins scored at least two goals in each of those, but they haven’t shipped a single goal either.

They are the 4/6 favourites with Be365 to get another three points on Tuesday night.

Cheltneham are facing a Grimsby side who are having their struggles this season. It has been a D1 L2 record from them.

They have had a delay in games because of having been in quarantine for a couple of weeks.

The Mariners have also lost three of their last four visits to Whaddon Road and there is more.

Girmsby has yet to score a single league goal this campaign.

Cheltenham looks to be a bit of a banker here.

Cheltenham to win at 4/6
