For today’s football bettings tips, we are going to be dipping into the big domestic action from England.

There are a couple of Premier League games going down, and we will be featuring both of those.

The rest of the selections for football betting for today is going to be from an action-packed night in the Championship.

Best Football Betting Tips Today: Wolves v Chelsea

Premier League title hopefuls Chelsea had a setback on the weekend when they suffered a 1-0 loss at Everton.

They get a ticky game on Tuesday night as they head to Molineaux in search of three points.

Chelsea are 7/10 odds-on favourites for the win with Bet365.

Chelsea’s defeat against the Toffeees snapped a nine-match unbeaten streak of league form that they had been running on in the top flight.

It leaves them with a W3 D2 L1 record for the season on their travels.

Away from home in this campaign Chelsea have averaged 1.8 goals per game and have only shipped 5 goals in their six games.

That’s been a clean sheet in half of their road fixtures from Frank Lampard’s men.

The Blues have won three of their last four visits to Molineaux and they could be heading there at the right time.

Wolves have lost their last two games and have taken one win in their last five (D1 L3).

The injury to Raul Jimenez has stifled them a bit upfront. On the weekend they lost 1-0 against Aston Villa.

In each of their last three league losses, Wolves have failed to hit the back of the net.

Wolves are W2 D2 L2 at home this season in the top flight and are currently running as huge 4/1 underdogs.

We can’t get there to support that.

Football Betting Picks Today: Manchester City v West Brom

Fresh off the back of a dreadfully dour and forgettable 0-0 Manchester derby on the weekend, City are red hot favourites for three home points on Tuesday.

They line up against West Brom who have a tough season.

Manchester City are unbeaten in their last three league games, winning two of those.

It has been a run of three straight clean sheets as well, so they have been vastly improving at the back.

There’s no value in a win for City in the match outright.

But for football betting tips today we can get to a City To Win To Nil option at 4/6 comfortably.

It’s unlikely that West Brom are going to land much of a glove on them.

The Baggies have failed to score in four of their last eight league games and they remain winless on the road.

West Brom’s away record reads W0 D1 L5 for the campaign and they are huge 20/1 underdogs to pull off a shock win at the Etihad.

In their six away games played West Brom have only tallied the four goals.

In contrast, they have conceded at over 2 goals per game on average, not earning a single clean sheet.

Manchester City to win to nil at 4/6

Football Betting Tips for Today: QPR v Stoke

QPR are down in 19th place after a massive slump of form continued on the weekend with a loss at home against Reading.

The R’s have earned only one point from their last five league games now.

They are a quote of 17/10 at Bet365 to pick up a pressure-relieving home win on Tuesday night.

It has been back to back league defeats for Rangers at Loftus Road this season, both by a 1-goal margin.

That leaves them with a W3 D3 L3 home record for this campaign. Two of their three wins happened against teams who are currently beneath them in the standings.

QPR did pick up a good three points at home against Stoke last season, taking a 4-2 win.

But that’s the only success against the Potters in their last four at Loftus Road against them (D2 L1).

Bet at Bet365

Stoke are 13/8 for the three points on Tuesday.

They played out what would have been a disappointing 0-0 draw at the struggling Derby County on the weekend.

But that extended their undefeated road form to four (W2 D2).

So they look good enough to avoid defeat at the very least, especially as they took a clean sheet in each of the last three road games.

Home and away Stoke have four clean sheets in five (1 goal conceded).

Stoke to win at 13/8

Online Betting Football Tip: Bournemouth v Wycombe

Bournemouth were back at their free-scoring best on the weekend as they smashed Huddersfield 5-0 at the Vitality Stadium.

That’s an unbeaten run of three games in the league from them and no goal has been conceded by them in that run.

The Cherries are 2/7 odds-on favourites for the win in this one as they look for their fourth-straight home win over Wycombe.

Bournemouth are now at W6 D2 L1 at home in the league this season.

They have continued to score well having netted at least twice in seven of their last eight league fixtures (home and away).

Wycombe don’t appear to be in the kind of form to trip them up.

The Chairboys are winless in their last eight league games, drawing half of those.

Their away form reads a miserable W1 D2 L6 return and they have conceded an average of exactly two goals per away game in this campaign.

Online Betting Football Tip: Nottingham Forest v Sheffield Wednesday

There is going to be a lot of pressure on both Forest and Wednesday at the City Ground on Tuesday night.

Both sides are in trouble at the moment.

Forest are outside of the drop zone on goal difference only after having taken one point from their last seven league games.

They have failed to hit the back of the net in five of those seven during this tough run.

There is a current quote of 6/5 on Forest to take a home win, which they look badly in need of.

It has been a W2 D3 L4 return from them at home this season, but Forest are winless in three on home turf.

Sheffield Wednesday are bottom of the league and three points would see them move to within one of Forest.

That would be huge for them after having been slapped with a 6-point deduction at the start of the campaign.

Wednesday are winless in eight league games, losing half of those.

It’s been a D1 L4 return from them in their last five away games.

But the Owls do boast the best defensive record of the current bottom seven.

That could help them get to a point, especially as they have won three of their last four trips to Forest.

We don’t see the win happening for them, having only scored 5 road goals all season.

Draw at 21/10
