Today’s football betting tips are going to be all domestic picks on a big night of action away from the Premier League.

The Championship is in action and we will take a look at both games to come from there.

Also for football betting for today, we are going to look at some League One and League Two action.

We’ll start our football betting tips today with a look at the Championship.

Best Football Betting Tips Today: Blackburn v Swansea

First, for football betting for today, Blackburn will be looking to get some momentum going.

After crashing to six losses in a run of seven fixtures (D1) they finally broke out of their slump on the weekend.

That was with a 2-0 win at Millwall.

It has been a run of three games at Ewood Park in the second tier for Blackburn without a win (D1 L2).

They are a quote of 6/4 to get three points out of this game against Swansea. But this isn’t an easy one for Rovers at all.

Blackburn lost 2-0 at Swansea earlier this season.

In their ten games played home and away this season against teams currently in the top seven, Blacburn are W1 D1 L8.

Swansea are still well in the hunt for promotion and they have taken a win in six of their last eight (L2).

So they are in much better shape than the hosts and the Welsh club are 9/5 to pick up the win on Tuesday.

It has been a strong away record of W8 D3 L4 for them this season.

Defensively they have conceded at under a goal per away game this season and that could get them close to maximum points at Ewood Park.

Swansea to win at 9/5

Football Betting Picks Today: QPR v Wycombe

QPR earned a win on the weekend away at Bristol City, snapping out of a three-match winless streak.

They have been carrying some good form at Loftus Road recently.

They have won three of their last four league matches, slipping up in their last one against Barnsley.

It has been a W6 D4 L6 return from home games for the R’s this season in the Championship.

The home side are 3/5 odds-on favourites to earn the home win on Tuesday as they are facing bottom-side Wycombe.

The Chairboys have lost their last three games and may struggle to improve upon their W2 D3 L12 away record this season.

They are big 17/4 underdogs in the match outright.

Wycombe have lost seven of their last nine games out on the road as well, and they have produced a poor average of just 0.76 goals per away game.

Given that they have conceded at an average of more than two goals per away game, they may leave Loftus Road empty-handed.

QPR to win at 3/5

Football Betting Tips for Today: Ipswich v Lincoln

It is to League One we go next for football betting tips for today as we look at Ipswich v Lincoln.

Lincoln are in third place in the race for promotion, so are situated well.

They claimed a 3-0 home win over Crewe on the weekend and their away form is not bad at all.

Lincoln did lose their last road game 4-3 against Plymouth but were unbeaten in 9 road games before that.

The most impressive thing about their away form has been how good they have been in defence.

Lincoln has conceded an average of 0.67 goals per road game this season, earning a clean sheet in 60% of their games.

The Imps are 17/10 to win this tough game at Portman Road on Tuesday.

Bet at Boylesports

Ipswich are just outside the top six. They have won three of their last four, slipping up at Gillingham on the weekend.

The Tractor Boys are undefeated in their last four home games (W2 D2) and have given up one goal only in that sequence.

Two of their last three league wins have been against Hull and Accrington who are right there in the top-seven with them.

There is a quote of 6/4 on the home win for Ipswich and they are unbeaten in their last four against Lincoln.

Both clubs have their merits here and a draw may be the best way to go.

Draw at 23/10

Online Betting Football Tip: Bolton v Cambridge

This is going to be a big one from League Two as well as well look at the promotion chase there for football betting tips today.

Bolton are seventh after a terrific run of form.

The Trotters are W7 D2 in their last nine league games now and have only suffered one loss in their last dozen.

So this has been terrific stuff and Bolton have won four of their last five on home turf as well (D1).

Impressively they have earned six clean sheets in their last eight league fixtures too.

So will they have enough to keep second-placed Cambridge at arm’s length?

There was a 1-1 draw between the two clubs earlier this season and this time around Bolton are 11/10 for the win.

The U’s are still well in the running for automatic promotion, but their form has been patchy lately.

Cambridge W 4 D1 L3 in their last eight league fixtures.

But they have won back to back road fixtures but are 12/5 in the match outright.

That is not only because of Bolton’s strong form but because Cambridge are only W1 D1 L6 away at teams currently 15th or higher.

Bolton to win at 11/10

Online Betting Football Tip: Portsmouth v Sunderland

This is another of the big League One clashes to come on the night.

Portsmouth have lost their way at the moment having lost four of their last six league games (W1 D1).

That has left them just clinging onto a top-six place.

Home wins have been hard to come by for them as well as they have taken just a W1 D2 L3 record in their last six at Fratton Park.

The home win is a quote of 31/20 in the match outright for this game, which doesn’t look at all easy for Pompey as the Black Cats arrive in great form.

Sunderland are on a real tear at the moment having only dropped 2 points from the last 18 available to them.

They have scored at least two goals in five of their last six games as well.

So the Black Cats are coming on strong at the moment and have earned a W7 D7 L1 away record.

Sunderland have won only one of their last four away games but have still scored at league two goals in three of their last four.

Sunderland to win at 17/10
