Today’s football betting tips has some top action to focus on from both the UEFA Champions League and the Premier League.

It’s a fanatic night of action around and on the domestic front league leaders, Man City will be looking to further extend their lead at the top.

For today’s football betting there is also a peek into the Championship for a betting tip as well.

Best Football Betting Tips Today: Sevilla v Dortmund

This is an intriguing fixture in Spain on Wednesday from the Champions League.

Sevilla are the 13/10 favourites for the win and it’s hard to argue with that as they have been in sparkling form.

Sevilla have won their last seven home games on the spin in all competitions.

That includes a comfortable 2-0 home success over Barcelona in the Copa del Rey.

They are just cruising at the moment and Sevilla have not conceded in any of the last five home games.

Back in the group stage they went W4 D1 L1, the one loss happening at home against Chelsea.

Home and away they are on an eight-match winning streak in all competitions, with a clean sheet in each of their last seven.

Dortmund are not at that level at the moment as their form has taken a nosedive.

They are W1 D3 L3 in their last seven games in all competitions.

They have really been wide open at the back and are 2/1 underdogs for this trip to Spain.

In five of their last six fixtures, Dortmund have conceded at least two goals and just don’t appear to be at the races.

Sevilla to win at 11/10

Football Betting Picks Today: Wigan v Hull

Wigan and Hull are having very different seasons in League One. The Latics are part of a tense survival fight.

They are third from bottom after a loss on the weekend against Wigan.

But there is still plenty of time to get safe, but they need to find some form having lost four of their last five (W1).

The home form of the Latics is only W2 D4 L7 this season and they are massive 4/1 underdogs for a home win in this one.

There has been no victory for Wigan in any of their last five league fixtures now, failing to score in three of those.

The Latics are barely averaging a goal per game. Problematically they have conceded at an average of two goals per game.

Hull are in the automatic promotion race but have not won any of their last three (D1 L2).

They have suffered back to back away defeats against Accrington and Burton, leaving them at W7 D2 L5 on the road.

Each of their away wins this season have all been by at least a two-goal margin.

That may be enough to see them get past Wigan.

Hull to win at 7/10

Football Betting Tips for Today: Swansea v Nottingham Forest

We jump to the Championship next for football betting tips today.

Swansea are flying at the moment and are in a great position to make a run at automatic promotion.

They are on an eight-match undefeated streak of form at the moment, winning six of those.

At the Liberty Stadium Swansea are undefeated in their last 11 fixtures and are just going to be hard to knock over.

The Swans are even money to pick up the home success. They did that in last season’s corresponding fixture.

Nottingham Forest head to South Wales as the 3/1 underdogs.

They aren’t in bad form having suffered just the one defeat in their last eight league games.

Forest are undefeated in four, winning two of those. Those two wins, interestingly, were away from home.

It is a three-match winning streak away from home the Forest are currently riding.

Home and away they have three clean sheets in their last four, but we still can’t get there to see them taking the win.

Swansea are just in superb form at the moment.

Online Betting Football Tip: Millwall v Birmingham

We are staying in the Championship for the final selection of today’s best football betting tips.

Millwall continued their good form with a 2-1 success at reading over the weekend.

That’s back to back wins for them and the Lions are now unbeaten in six.

It hasn’t been the most profitable of seasons at The Den from them. Millwall are W2 D9 L3 at home this season.

Heading into Wednesday night’s action, the Lions are the 6/5 favourites in the match outright.

They have at least avoided defeat in their last three home games, including draws against the promotion-chasing Watford and Norwich.

Birmingham are 14/5 underdogs for the fixture as they haven’t taken a win in five.

It’s been back to back league defeats for the Blues who are second-from-bottom in the table.

Given that Millwall recently thumped Sheffield Wednesday, who are level on points with Birmingham in the drop zone, that’s a good indicator.

Birmingham are averaging under a goal per away game this season and may get picked off.

Millwall to win at 6/5

Online Betting Football Tip: Porto v Juventus

FC Porto find themselves as the 3/1 underdogs for this home fixture against Juventus in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Because there has been a long break between the group stage and the knockout stage, we only have the current form to really look at.

Porto have won their last four games in all competitions but they are facing a much tougher opponent in this one.

In their two previous home fixtures against the Italian giants, Porto are D1 L1, failing to score in either.

Across all competitions, this season Porto have lost only one fixture and did pick up a 0-0 draw in the group stage against Manchester City.

But this does look like a big ask for them.

Juventus have taken a W4 D1 L1 record in their last six fixtures in all competitions.

The Old Lady have taken six clean sheets in their last eight games in all competitions as well.

That’s highly impressive and with them having won six of their last eight away games, scoring at least two goals in each of those victories, they have to be picked for the win.
