Today’s horse racing tips for Friday sizes up some of the action from Cheltenham which hosts a fantastic card for the day.
The big of the races from that includes the Grade 2 Hyde Novices’ which is the big highlight of the day.

There are few with good claims in this one, but the pick of the form is with AN TAILLIUR who has won all five runs this season.
He is just powering along in such a progressive fashion that he still looks like he has even more to come.
An Tailliur completed a five-timer at Exeter three weeks ago.
The handicapper has thrown another 4lb at him, but he still looks very well weighted to potentially go and extend this winning streak.
SKATMAN rates as a danger on what will be a handicap debut on Friday.
He opened the season with a 2m novices victory over the hurdles at Newton Abbot a month ago.
Form from that one has been proven, so Skatman should have enough to make his presence felt at Cheltenham on Friday.
The other to consider for the shortlist in horse racing betting is ENEMENEMYNEMO who was second on his last trip which was at Perth in the Spring.
That was a very good effort against a strong rival and now coming into handicapping there could be even more to come from him.
Others to consider for this big field are NEON MOON, ART APPROVAL and APPLE ROCK.

BALKO DES FLOS will be well supported as he makes a return to action.
He was sent out for a reappearance run three weeks ago at Galway which wasn’t his type of race, but it got him match fit which was probably the point.
Balko Des Flos showed a tremendous attitude to claim second place in the Grand National this year and he looks like a class act.
He is a former Grade 1 winner and his entry cannot be ignored.
DIESEL D’ALLIER has his first run for a new yard on Friday.
He claimed the win in the 2019 renewal of this fixture and knows Cheltenham well. He has been away for a break of six months.
Diesel D’Allier produced a good run to take fourth at this year’s Cheltenham Festival as well, showing that he still has plenty of ability and he stays at the same mark as that effort.
FREEWHEELIN DYLAN is the other shortlist contender.
The last time he was seen was in taking a fourth palace finish in the Midlands National four months ago.
He is a good handicap chaser and brings some decent place claims to the table.
BACK ON THE LASH is another to consider having produced a fine campaign over the fences so far.

This is the top race of Friday’s Cheltenham card as we get into some Grade 2 action in what is the Hyde Novices’ hurdle.
There is a strong line up taking part as well and OFF YOUR ROCCO is one of those who brings big claims. He is sitting on a hattrick chance.
It’s been four wins in five runs so far, after claiming a victory on his latest at Limerick a month ago.
Off Your Rocco got that win comfortably and should have more to come.
GELINO BELLO has produced some good runs so far, winning two of his three racetrack appearances.
He made a successful start to life over the hurdles with a score at Aintree three weeks ago.
The bumper winner Gelina Bello looks to have a lot more in the tank to unlock and should feature strongly for Paul Nicholls in this one after finishing strongly at Aintree.
BLAZING KHAL is the other to watch for the shortlist in horse racing betting Friday.
He scored comfortably in a maiden hurdle effort a month ago at Galway.
That was a big kick forward in form from Blazing Khal who took to the timbers like a duck to water. He has to have a chance.

This is a wide-open contest and there is a decent case to be made for a lot of those lining up in this handicap chase.
Our selections as a horse racing tip are going to start with the obvious MAGIC SAINT who should be better for having had a reappearance run.
He looked like he needed it as well and took 7th at Wetherby.
But that should have sharpened him up and he won this race last season of the very same mark. Claims are there.
STOLEN SILVER made a very good start for a new year by claiming a victory at Market Rasen in a small field last month.
This is a bigger ask of him, but that handicap chase experience/reappearance gives him a good chance.
EDITEUR DU GITE was on the up at the end of the last campaign, and the top piece of form was his success at Aintree in the Red Rum.
He was back in action at the same venue two weeks ago for a reappearance and lost his rider at the last. But he was going well and looks to be in form.
KAP AUTEUIL is another with some high form. He completed four times with a score at Stratford two weeks before his reappearance.
Kap Auteuil has been handed another 3lb which looks to be pretty lenient.

BANDINELLI is an obvious big player at Kempton on Friday for this handicap run. He hasn’t looked back since a gelding op.
He has taken back to back wins this season and was second on a hattrick bit 16 days ago here at Kempton.
This will be the first trip at 2m for Bandinelli but he’s at the same mark as his latest run and should be bang there.
UBER COOL looks to be the biggest threat to Bandinelli in this contest. He is to be respected on a 2m trip on Friday.
The last win that Uber Cool claimed was in May at Chester and he has stayed in good form since.
It’s been back to back runner up finishes from him and will make his presence felt.
NATE THE GREAT is another for the shortlist in this one.
He didn’t complete the Cesarewitch on his latest run, but Nate The Great was showing some good form before that.

This is a competitive looking fixture. The first we are looking at is course and distance winner KING OF THE SOUTH.
He was at Doncaster three weeks ago, looking like he needed a run to sharpen him back up.
A return to the all-weather puts him firmly in this.
ALRIGHT SUNSHINE is another that could feature with excuses for a low finish at Doncaster a week ago.
A win at Hamilton along with a few consistently good runs suggests that he should be close.
MARCH LAW is another who may well have a say in this. He showed a good attitude to take a place finish in a Kempton handicap 11 days ago.
PIVOINE is another to consider in a fairly even field after a second-place at York in a handicap a couple of months ago.
