MAYLANDSEA is an interesting one in this wide-open renewal of this Group 2 contest.
She banked a win on her debut, which was at Nottingham.
There was further improvement by Maylandsea when she was a runner-up at Royal Ascot.
That was in the Queen Mary Stakes and the extra trip on offer Friday is potentially going to pull even more out of Maylandsea.
MAWJ carries plenty of interest as well for this contest as she banked a runner-up spot at the Albany Stakes.
That followed an eye-catching debut win at Newmarket, and also looks as if she can really go places.
LEZOO warrants some respect in the contest as well having won both appearances so far.
She kicked things off at Bath before scoring a nice course and distance effort two weeks ago. Lezoo is on the radar.
CARMELA comes up on a trip because she is not without a chance in this fascinating contest.
It has been two wins in four runs by her so far, these wins being delivered at Yarmouth and Carlisle.
A solid eighth-place finish in the Queen Mary Stakes wasn’t a bad effort at all by Carmela last time out.

INSPIRAL is the clear market leader in horse racing tips for Friday’s showpiece race, the Falmouth Stakes.
She remains undefeated and there was no better filly around last year than her.
Inspiral kicked off life as a 3-year-old impressively three weeks ago.
She smashed the Coronation Stakes field at Royal Ascot, delivering such a powerful finish under Frankie Dettori who teams up with her again.
SIBILA SPAIN could be the one to follow Inspiral home after banking a nice win over France a couple of months ago.
She had been entered for the Duke of Cambridge at Royal Ascot, but something went wrong in the stalls and she was pulled.
Still, Sibila Spain’s form from France reads very well.
PROSPEROUS VOYAGE was third in the Coronation Stakes, a slightly underwhelming effort from her.
But she had been forced into a poor position out wide, so excuses could be there.
Before that Prosperous Voyage rattled the crossbar in the 1000 Guineas, so is not to be overlooked.
Horse racing tips are clearly going to have to bypass the win selection in this one and turn to the straight Forecast.

FLOTUS is a clear container in this one as she takes a drop in grade to feature on Friday.
She was last seen finishing as a runner-up to Perfect Power in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot three weeks ago.
That’s the second time that Flotus has taken a place finish at the top level.
She clearly has some big ability and is one of the front runners in this.
UMM KULTHUM is also taking a drop into some calmer waters after finding the Group 1 Platinum Jubilee way too much.
Before that latest run, she had picked up a reappearance victory at this distance at Newmarket.
That was a Listed contest and Umm Kulthum finished ahead of a few of these.
GALE FORCE MAYA can’t be dismissed in this one either with two wins in four runs this season.
Her handicap form has been good and could make an impact. Gale Force Maya has taken a course and distance win this season.
There was a slightly dubious run by Gale Force Maya at Listed level on her penultimate, but still can’t be discounted.

CANDLEFORD is seeking a hattrick and the latest of those was an impressive one at Royal Ascot.
He unlocked a ton of progress to score the Duke of Edinburgh three weeks ago.
Candleford has been given an extra 13lb as he comes up on the trip.
SUMMER”s KNIGHT stays at the same mark after a great run in the Northumberland Plate two weeks ago.
He caught the eye in that one with a fifth-place finish. It could have been better but was caught too far back.
Looking back to the previous campaign, Summer’s Knight was wonderfully progressive and could have a decent shot on Friday.
SPIRIT MIXER is another that warrants plenty of respect in this one after baking a hattrick in May.
He was a runner-up to Trueshan at the Northumberland Plate last time out, making that rival work hard for the spoils.
Granted he received 23lb from the winner. But all the same, Spirit Mixer looked good and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him go close with a 5lb claimer.

SALEYMM opened the season with a second-place finish in the Lincoln and was in that spot at Newmarket on his penultimate run as well.
Saleymm was last seen at Epsom when he ran with fair credit.
He could well benefit from a recent gelding op to get him off the mark for this season.
NORTHERN EXPRESS was in fine fettle last time out when he scored at the course and distance last month.
That naturally puts him on the radar for horse racing tips. He comes up 4lb and while the pace may not be as strong this time around, Northern Express warrants respect.
SNASH is under a 5lb penalty for Friday as he looks to build on a win at Thirsk last time out.
He took full advantage of a sliding mark to get that one, and the cheekpieces may have benefited as well. The headgear is retained.

NIZAAKA continued with her fine form when collecting a win at the course and distance three weeks ago.
That’s two wins in three runs and she has been in the top two in each of her last four. Nizaaka clearly rates as a danger here.
ATASER can be considered as well as he gets bumped up 4lb after a course and distance in three weeks ago.
That snapped a long winless streak that he had been on. Ataser is fairly low mileage and warrants some respect.
LA MAQUINA was the winner of this race twelve months ago and he could have something to offer after a long break.
La Maquina hasn’t been seen since February when he was a runner-up abroad. He’s not to be dismissed as he’s refreshed.
