Today’s Horse Racing Tip

This is quite a competitive-looking fixture to kick things off with.

INDIAN CREAK is the selection as a 3/1 horse racing tip* (betting odds recorded 17:52 GMT on June 13th at Bet365).

He scored at course and distance recently, getting the better of A SURE WELCOME by three-quarters of a length.

That moves Indian Creak back up 4lb in the ratings, but a rapid follow up cannot be dismissed. He is 1lb better off than that score.

The latter selection looks likely to be firmly in the mix here.

A Sure Welcome will be under a 4lb penalty for a recent win at the venue. That’s two wins in his last three efforts now and looks a great fit for the move back to 6f.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

There are plenty who have a chance in this one. That includes ROYAL MUSKETEER who put in a strong show to score again at Ripon earlier this month.

It is a big 6lb rise that he takes on in the weights ahead of this one.

SMEATON’S LIGHT is not without a chance here. He was last seen two weeks ago taking a decent second place in a Yarmouth Handicap.

ALPHONSE KARR looks to be well treated for his handicap debut and gets the nod as a 7/2 horse racing tip for Monday* (betting odds recorded 17:52 GMT on June 13th at Bet365).

He arrives in winning form after scoring at Wolverhampton a month ago in a minor event and commands some respect at Windsor.

Another to watch could be GOOD LISTENER who comes up on a trip after a good fourth at Goodwood three weeks ago.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

We are pulling towards STRAWBERRY JACK at 11/2 for a racing tip* (betting odds recorded 17:52 GMT on June 13th at Bet365).

This is a competitive field, but he arrives in good form. He is on the same mark as he was for a third-place finish at Bath last time out, a race won by BUCKINGHAM.

But Strawberry Jack is back up against that rival on better terms now, the latter selection coming up 3lb. So we think that pulls Strawberry Jack into this one.

There is also some appeal on THRILL SEEKER who looks as if he can flourish on the extra trip on offer.

He came up short, needing more track in a narrow third-place finish at Chepstow last time out at 7f.

Others to consider for the shortlist are BUCKINGHAM and KONDRATIEV WAVE.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

We step up to a little longer of a trip for our next horse racing tip for Monday. We are pulling towards the 2/1 favourite TREGONY* (betting odds recorded 17:52 GMT on June 13th at Bet365).

The extra distance could see Tregony feature strongly in this one. She looked much better for coming into handicapping last time out. That was on a mile trip at Windsor in which she took third.

That effort was a week ago and she was left poorly placed in it. But it was an all-around strong effort from her and Clive Cox’s filly has big claims in this one.

WILDCITYDIVA should enter calculations after picking up a win 18 days ago at Ripon. That was a career-best from her and she kept on well.

BELVEDERE BLAST has been progressing nicely, taking back to back third-place finishes. But he is hit with a 2lb rise which could be decisive for his chances in this one.

MASTER THE STARS is our selection at 10/3* (betting odds recorded 17:52 GMT on June 13th at Bet365).

He is back down in trip after a second-place finish at Haydock 16 days ago. He was in with a chance there, but he had done a little too much from the front in it.

So the shorter trip is probably going to help him out and that result did continue some fine form from him.

Before that Haydock effort, Master The Stars had scored at Newmarket. That’s a top-three finish in each of his last three runs.

HIGH COMMISSIONER went close at Windsor last time out and headed up the dangers in this field. Another to consider for the shortlist is FINAL VOYAGE who takes on the trip for the first time.

But he had shaped well at Chelmsford on his latest run, settling down after being far too keen through the early stages.

YAGAN looks the one to back as a 10/11 horse racing tip in this Lingfield handicap on Monday* (betting odds recorded 17:52 GMT on June 13th at Bet365).

It has been three wins from three for him after all this campaign. The latest of those successes happened here at Lingfield by half a length on a shorter trip.

The extra distance is probably going to help him out even more and that chance of a four-timer looks very good. The sterner test of stamina does make him look a little untouchable in the fixture.

The principal threats to his chances are probably course and distance winner TIN FANDANGO who is 1lb higher for a second at Wolverhampton, and GIVEPEACHANCE who was a beaten favourite on his latest run.
