Today’s horse racing tips mix things up with some flat and some jumps action from around the UK.
It is Windsor, Carlisle and Ffos Las that are the tracks which we are visiting to pick our six top tips for the day.
The top-level is a Listed run from Windsor, so here are the best of today’s horse racing tips for Monday, 16th May 2022.

LORD BRYAN could be a threat if he picks up where he left off a month ago, which was well on the up.
The veteran scored a course and distance win, completely out of the blue.
He took advantage of a mark of 18lb below his previous winning one.
Lord Bryan has largely struggled with consistency throughout his career, but he can’t be dismissed in this small field.
JONY MAX has the pick of the form ahead of this handicap chase challenge after winning at Plumpton last month.
That added to a good chase score at Wincanton in December.
Jony Max is now up 5lb for his latest success but doesn’t look like slowing up yet.
JOBSGREEN LAD can’t be overlooked whether after winning at Ludlow and Hereford back to back earlier this season.
He wasn’t quite at his sharpest after a break at Stratford a month ago, but Jobsgreen Lad should be that much better for having had the run.

INVER PARK has done some decent work this season with a couple of place finishes under his belt.
The first of those was a runner up at course and distance.
The turf could be an advantage for him on Monday and Inver Park looks like he has more about him.
GLOBAL PROSPECTOR was so strong last season, picking up four wins, three of those in a hattrick.
Global Prospector has had a reappearance run under his belt as well, which should help. He’s respected in this contest.
SHOBIZ brings winning form to proceedings after scoring a good win in a Goodwood handicap three weeks ago.
The form from that win reads well and as Shobiz is only up 2lb, he should be right in the thick of this.
MARKS BEAR should be a contender as long as puts his best foot forward on the turf.
He’s been a great all-weather performer and it’s been a run of four straight runner-up spots from him.

FIRST FOLIO was fifth at Newmarket a couple of weeks ago, not finding himself in the best position in that.
He had a good 2021 and did claim a valuable handicap at York as a 3-year-old. He’s match fit and could be a contender.
RUN TO FREEDOM was sent to a Group p3 last time out and took a credible fourth-place finish in that.
That was the Abernant Stakes at Newmarket a month ago.
He looks a decent colt and could find himself involved with any kind of progress.
LORD OF THE LODGE should be there on his return to the turf. There was a victory for him on his reappearance.
He’s a good performer on the AW horse but handles himself away from it as well. A fourth at Newcastle a month ago keeps him sharp.

COLOUR IMAGE is an interesting one in this handicap as he returns from a break since October last year.
2021 didn’t happen for him at all, but he won in 2020 at Bath.
He comes from a top yard and Colour Image could be worth considering on his reappearance.
TAHITIAN PRINCE was seven at Ascot in a handicap three weeks ago, his first run in seven months.
Looking back at his 2021 form, it was very good. Tahitian Prince won four times last year and with that reappearance, will be sharper.
LOVE DREAMS is another interesting one here although a 3lb rise could be very testing for him.
He gets that because of landing a big gamble to score at the course and distance 43 days ago.
That was a bolt from the blue, but he may enter calculations.

MAKEEN was a winner a month ago when landing a good score at Musselburgh. That was a nice step forward in form.
Makeen is low mileage still and as he only comes up 2lb for that latest win, he looks to have a decent chance of a follow-up.
DETECTIVE picked up a victory at Hamilton two weeks ago, which was a career-best effort.
Detective claimed a win at Carlisle before in his career, and he has been in a competitive spirit for a long time now, not having been out of the top two in his last six.
TANGLED warrants consideration in this one after a fourth-place finish in a Pontefract handicap three weeks ago.
He was not discouraged in that, even though it was after a break of seven months. He should be sharper and Tangled won this fixture last year.

DREAM TOGETHER looks for a double after picking up a win at Haydock three weeks ago.
He did have to work hard to get that, showing a good attitude to take the win by a neck.
A 2lb rise is what he gets, but Dream Together looks competitive.
REDZONE has the form to get himself involved in this one, although he could be on a tough mark now.
His recent rise has been rapid, completing a hattrick with a score at Newcastle a couple of weeks ago with plenty to spare.
AFTER JOHNcould have a challenge in him and he has been in good, consistent form for a while now.
The winless streak for After John goes back to 2020 but he put in a great shift to finish behind Merry Secret two weeks ago.
A repeat of that form should put him in this.
