It’s a big field here and our racing tip is DRAGON SYMBOL at 11/2* (betting odds recorded 20:58 GMT on July 9th 2021 at William Hill).

He really hasn’t put a foot wrong in his career and he was first across the line in the Commonwealth Cup on his latest run.

The Stewards took it from him, but it was yet another strong performance from Dragon Symbol. We expect him to be right back in contention.

One of the best young sprinters around is OXTED and we think he has big claims as well.

After a slow start to the season, he finally put everything together to win the King’s Stand at Royal Ascot.

The other selection for the shortlist in this July Cup is going to be CREATIVE FORCE. He is just thriving at the moment with him having won all four runs this year.

He breezed to success at Royal Ascot in the Jersey Stakes last time out.

This is another cracking fixture for horse racing on Saturday. There are deep claims right through this field.

DHABAB certainly has strong claims at 2/1* (betting odds recorded 20:58 GMT on July 9th 2021 at William Hill).

Things didn’t work out for him in Coventry on his latest, but shaped like he would prefer to be at this 7f trip.

He needs a bounce back and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him get close to pulling that off.

NATIVE TRAIL warrants respect as well on his second racetrack appearance. He delivered a win at Doncaster on his debut, beating Austrian Theory who is re-opposing.

Native Trail has plenty in the tank there and goes for Charlie Appleby who has won 3 of the last 5 editions of this.

It has been back to back wins for him and his latest was under a penalty at Haydock 9 days ago, producing a very good time in making all in the race.

This is another of the big races from Saturday as we jump on over to Ascot for this intriguing 1m contest.

TILSIT is the favourite at the moment for this one and he should be in the mix. This is a very competitive renewal of this race, however.

Tilsit did almost land the Prix d’Ispahan at Longchamp on his last run and slipped back in grade for this contest.

SIR BUSKER is another that looks to have strong claims. He boasts a good track record at Ascot as well.

He too is eased in Grade after having taken a place finish in the Queen Anne at Royal Ascot on his last run.

But our horse racing tip is going to be chanced on CENTURY DREAM 11/2* (betting odds recorded 20:58 GMT on July 9th 2021 at William Hill).

He picked up a win at Windsor in a Listed race on his last run. That was after only just being denied in the Epsom Diomed on his penultimate run.

If the ground softens further then the threat of Century Dream is likely to grow in the Summer Mile Stakes. There is a chance for him here in this strong field.

ILARAAB is our 11/2 pick for this one* (betting odds recorded 20:58 GMT on July 9th 2021 at William Hill).

After running into a spot of bother at Royal Ascot in the Group 2 Hardwicke Stakes, we think he is worth a chance to bounce back.

On his reappearance run for this season, he was here at York and delivered a victory in May. That just saw him continue on from his brilliant 2020.

He’s worth a chance here.

QUICKTHORN is worth considering for the shortlist as well because he is thriving at the moment. It’s been back to back wins for him.

After scoring at Haydock on his reappearance he was handed a 13lb rise for the Duke Of Edinburgh at Royal Ascot. He shrugged that off to get the score.

HUKUM also warrants respect. He landed a listed event at Goodwood in May on his second run of the season.

He was then moved up to Grade 2 at Royal Ascot for the Hardwicke and took third place there. The tongue tie is on for the first time.

DAKOTA GOLD is worth a look in this one at 6/1* (betting odds recorded 20:58 GMT on July 9th 2021 at William Hill).

This will be his return after not having run since October. But he finished last season bang in form, winning three on the trot.

He is such a good sprinter and in that winning streak, Dakota Gold took a Group 3. The question mark is match fitness, but he has to be on the shorts.

WINTER POWER piques some interest as well here. He picked up a Group 3 win as a 2-year-old. In May on his reappearance, he scored over course and distance in a listed event.

Winter Power was then sent to the King’s Stand and was far too keen. He brings solid claims to the table.

As does URBAN BEAT who showed that he is good as ever when winning at the Curragh a couple of weeks ago.

RHOSCOLYN comes up in grade after scoring at Epsom 36 days ago on his latest. There has been a vast improvement from him recently.

That victory at Epsom saw him complete a hattrick and it was by 4l over Shelir as well.

He looks a fantastic punt at Listed level right now at 3/1* (betting odds recorded 20:58 GMT on July 9th 2021 at William Hill).

Former Group 2 winner SAFE VOYAGE should have a say in this one. He is the top-rated runner in his field.

But he hasn’t been at his very best in his last two outings, having had a disappointing time in the Lockinge and the John Of Gaunt.

OO DE LALLY can potentially have a say in this one. He scored at Newcastle two weeks ago in a handicap over this trip. He’s going in the right direction for Andrew Balding at the moment.
