Today’s horse racing tips today take a look at a tremendous day of racing on Saturday, with some big races notably coming from Aintree and Sandown.

We have the Many Clouds Chase at Aintree and the Tingle Creek from Sandown to look at.

Race Favourite

There is a great lineup here for this novice chase. All of the runners have some claims.

The favourite is ALLMANKIND who scored a win on his chase debut. That was on his most recent run which was at Warwick.

He just didn’t put a foot wrong jumping for trainer David Skelton and Allmankind could be the one to beat in this one.

He looks ready to push on from last season when he was the juvenile hurdler to beat in the UK.

Allmankind is the 5/2 favourite* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

UK Racing Odds & Tips

We think that GA LAW is worth looking at from some extended 6/1 odds* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

He has already scored a hattrick this season and looked fantastic last month in scoring Grade 2 victory at Wincanton.

The other for the shortlist is ELDORDADO ALLEN who is looking to secure a hat trick. He won at Cheltenham on his last effort at Grade 2.

There was a touch of fortune about it, but the experience gained from it should make him a threat.

Race Favourite

The race favourite for the Becher Handicap Chase on the National Course is LE BREUIL at 4/1* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

He is a good staying chaser who opened for the season with a four place finish in a kelso workout in October.

He had a go over these tricky fences when he lined up in last year’s Becher and took seventh from 9lb higher. Le Breuil checks a lot of boxes on his return to Aintree.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

WALK IN THE MILL can’t be overlooked for this contest either. He took a seventh place finish on his repaprance.

Walk In The Mill looked a bit rusty there, but that’s nothing to discourage. He is trying to win this for the third time and knows what this is all about.

Walk In The Mill is usually very strong from fresh and is well handicapped.

The other that we fancy for the shortlist is RAMSES DE TEILLEE. He has had experience over these fences.

That was in last year’s Grand National where things didn’t work out for him.

But he has a great strike record in chasing and he beat Yala Enki at Cheltenham 3 weeks ago. Ramses De Teillee is worth another look.

Race Favourite

No Altior. That’s the big story, as he pulled out on Friday because of ground conditions.

So that leaves POLITOLOGUE as the 5/4 favorite* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

Politologue scored at the Champion Chase in the Cheltenham Festival in March, helped out by Altior not showing up for that one as well.

So naturally he is going to feature strongly in this as he did when he won it in 2017.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

ROUGE VIF piques plenty of interest. The 6 year old looked amazing when he smashed a good field at Cheltenham on his reappearance run.

That was on a 2m trip and he took out Western Miller by 8 lengths in that October run. There is plenty of progress still to come from him.

GREANETEEN is the other obvious pick for contention here. His unbeaten record over the fences went at the end of last season.

But he was back on the money when he scored at the Haldon Gold Cup at Exeter on his return. He poses a big, big threat.

The race favourite for this one is MEGAN at 11/8* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

She delivered a win on her debut over the hurdles. That was just under three weeks ago at Leicester and was very good for it.

This is a step up in class, but she looks a very smart prospect to handle it.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

SCHOLASTIC should show well in this contest as well. She has had a little more experience than most and was a multiple winner on the flat.

In September she got a win over the hurdles at Punchestown to score. She’s been back to the flat since then so should be pretty sharp.

The other for the shotlist is going to be HICONIC. She was last seen playing at this very grade in a 2m contest at Wetherby.

She took a second place finish in that one and remains in very good heart. Hiconic has looked very good over the hurdles as opposed to the flat.

Race Favourite

A top fixture this is and SANTINI is heading the market for it at 6/4* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

This is a top chaser and he was bang in form last season. He won his first two races of the season before going to the Cheltenham Festival.

In the Gold Cup Santini put in a tremendously bold run to earn a runner up place. That was the last time that he was seen.

He came back fresh and sharp and in form last season. We expect more of the same from him on Saturday around the national course.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

NATIVE RIVER is no mug of course. The 2018 Gold Cup winner bolted up to score big time in this Many Clouds Chase last year.

On his only run since then he posted a win in the Denman Chase at Newbury.

Like the returning Santini, there are big claims from him as he comes back from a long break (10 months).

FRODON is the other that really piques some interest in this contest. He has had a repaperance run and because of that, we think he has a chance.

Frodon reappeared at Cheltenham and delivered a fantastic win there by a length and a half over West Approach from a big mark of 164.

Race Favourite

The very strong favourite for this handicap hurdle action is MISTER COFFEY at 7/4* (betting odds taken from William Hill at 22:37 GMT on Friday, December 4th 2020).

He got straight off the mark this season by landing a course and distance win.

That was last month as he beat Oscars Leader by 5 lengths. Mister Coffey had plenty in hand as well in that one.

So it looks like he is continuing his progress for trainer Nicky Henderson. He is definitely on the up and needs to be on the shortlist.

Will we see more from SOLO? This is a brilliant gelding who impressed on a couple of big occasions last season, notably getting the Adonis at Kempton on his British debut.

But the following two runs have been well below par. Solo was fourth on his reappearance run and may face less pressure coming into handicapping for the first time.

BENSON is the other one for the shortlist. It has been two wins from two runs this season from him.

He is coming into handicapping now for the first time and will have the tongue strap.

Benson has really taken to hurdles well this season and looks to be on a big upward swing.
