Today’s horse racing tips for Saturday scours the best of the UK action for seven selections.

There’s a superb day of racing from Ascot and Haydock in particular. Over at Lingfield, there will be a keen eye on the Oaks and Derby Trails.

We have plenty to look forward to, and one of the highlights of the day for us is going to be the Swinton Handicap Hurdle from Haydock at 3:10.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

TECHNIQUE is the current 10/3 favourite for this Oaks Trial and she may take some stopping* (betting odds recorded 17:55 GMT on May 7th 2021 at William Hill).

She is now back against her own sex after taking a runner up spot at the Blue Riband Trial at Epsom.

That was her second racetrack appearance and it was an absolute blinder of an effort from her.

She found only Wirko too good on the day in that contest, which was 18 days ago.

There should be more to come from Technique and she brings leading claims to the table.

The other of the main contenders in the fixture could be NASH NASHA who has had a win under her belt on a reappearance run for Charlie Appleby.

There could also be a good strong effort to come from SAVE A FOREST who has picked up back to back wins, the latest being at Windsor three weeks ago.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

WITHOUT A FIGHT is going to be our horse racing tip at 4/1* (betting odds recorded 17:55 GMT on May 7th 2021 at William Hill).

He really had an excellent time of things last season, nailing a hattrick along the way. That was a campaign of tremendous progression from him.

Without A Fight has had a reappearance run as well, which further boosts his chances for Saturday. That was a second place in a Group 3 at Newbury.

He should go very well here at Ascot and is likely to be well in this.

The other big contender we think is going to be ROBERTO ESOCBARR, whose failed step up to Group 2 last time out can be excused.

Following a gelding op, ALOUNAK may be able to put in a refreshed challenge.

ADAYAR had a really good second-place finish in the Sandown Classic Trial, in what was a strong renewal.

That was a great impression there, after scoring by 9 lengths on his final run as a juvenile.

The son of Frankel could just be the way to go in this one on the back of that result. In that Group 3 Trial at Sandown, he lost a shoe and still had the beating of Etonian and Recovery Run.

Adyar commands a lot of respect in the contest here and his main challenges are going to come from Aidan O’Brien’s CARLISLE BAY and KYPRIOS.

The pick of those could be the former who earned a good place finish in a Group 3 as a juvenile at Leopardstown. The cheekpieces are on first for the first time for both of O’Brian’s contenders.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

This is a bigger field to sift through and COPPERLESS at the head of the market currently warrants some respect. He fell at Aintree last month but was travelling extremely well in that one.

But because of that slip, we have to go with the other strongly progressive runner in the field, CAMPROND as our 15/2 horse racing tip* (betting odds recorded 17:55 GMT on May 7th 2021 at William Hill).

Camprond was the runner up in that recent Aintree effort in which Copperless fell.

He was going very well, but could not hold out against Rowland Ward who reeled him in. But that was a fantastic experience.

He will be dealing with a 9lb rise in the ratings for this one, but that doesn’t look totally beyond him, so he’s the main pick.

This appears to be a very competitive fixture with BOUNCE THE BLUES and DOUBLE OR BUBBLE at the head of the market.

There’s little to split them. We are going with the latter to pick up the victory in the contest as she looks in great heart.

Double Or bubble recently completed a hattrick with a score at Newmarket on her reappearance run and that was in a warm contest.

This is a massive field and it should be an absolute blast in the Victoria Cup. ACQUITTED arrives for this one in very good nick with a superb effort at the Spring Mile.

He produced a good third-place finish on his reappearance run. That was in a handicap at Haydock a couple of weeks ago.
