These are just the two venues that we are looking at for Sunday’s racing picks.

It is Cartmel and Uttoxeter that is in focus for the days with the pick of the races being the Listed Summer Cup from the latter.

It is great chase action to kick things off for today’s horse racing tips. There are a lot of claims on show for this.

LANDOFSMILES certainly piques some interest at 13/2* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th June 2021 at William Hill).

He has been going very well recently and picked up another win on his latest run, scoring at Perth three weeks ago.

Land Of Smiles had the beating of Talk Is Cheap in that one. That’s four wins in the last five runs now for the thriving Land Of Smiles.

BACK ON THE LASH cannot easily be dismissed from this one. He has won back to back efforts this season, in smaller fields than this.

But the latest of those was in a novice effort here at Uttoxeter. Back On The Lash has more on his plate with this trip, but he’s going well at the moment.

PSYCHEDELIC ROCK is the other that we have for the shortlist. He is on the up at the moment winning again. That’s a win in each of his last three completed efforts.

The race did play out in his favour at Kempton on his latest but looks a good fit for this contest.

Other in-form players to note for this one are WILLIAM OF ORANGE and TALK IS CHEAP, neither of which are easily dismissed from having a chance.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

It’s another big field for today’s horse racing tips and our selection is going to the HUNTING PERCIVAL at 8/1* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th June 2021 at William Hill).

He was a beaten favourite last time out, getting pushed back into second place at Fontwell on a much longer trip than this.

Hunting Percival was well beaten in that, but still warrants a stack of respect at this distance. He is a former course winner here at Uttoxeter on the 2m trip.

BEGIN THE LUCK does look to be in very good shape at the moment. He’s been holding form well at the 2m distance but should have more in him. So there are strong claims to come from him.

The other for the shortlist is going to be RAPID FLIGHT who scored at Southwell on his latest effort.

That wasn’t the strongest of runs, nor fields that he beat, but it should have sharpened him up well ahead of a decent opening mark on his handicap bow.

CAROLINE’S CHARM has nice appeal as a horse racing tip at 11/2* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th June 2021 at William Hill).

He arrives in some wonderfully consistent form. There was a win for him at Fontwell a month ago, completing a double.

There has been only a small rise of 1lb for him in the ratings. He just looks to be in good shape and has been in the frame now in each of his last six runs.

BATHIVA is worth watching on his reappearance after having been away for 7 months. He should be heavily involved as he finished the previous campaign on the up including a score at Huntingdon.

STAUTARIO warrants a look as well. He took back to back second-place finishes in handicaps at Warwick and Southwell last month.

We are going with the 5/2 favourite GAME LINE in this handicap chase* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th June 2021 at William Hill).

There has been fantastic form from him, winning three of his last four. The latest victory, which was in a handicap tag Fakenham, sees him move up 10lb.

But that was a commanding win which he nailed. The form is there, is that 10lb rise, a harsh one to be fair, within his scope?

FURIS DE CIERGUES is another in great form, thriving since having a win. He came up 4lb for a second-place at Worcester earlier this month. He has posted a couple of victories this season.

DRESSEDFORSUCCESS is going to be the other one to feature on the shortlist. He scored here at Cartmel on his latest, completing a double and stepping into his handicap chase debut.

There are big claims from a few in this one. SWORD OF FATE is a good performer at Cartmel and was second over course and distance on his reappearance.

But he followed that up with a win at Perth on a handicap hurdle. That puts him right in the frame for this one as he returns to this sphere.

Sword Of Fate is the 5/1 horse racing tip* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th June 2021 at William Hill).

SCHMIDT is likely to be well in the frame as well for this one. He also most scored at Perth on his last one.

It’s been a while since he has scored and comes up 5lb. But solid place claims are still there from him despite that.

BEAUTIFUL BEN looks to be sat on a handy mark. But he gets the visor back on to sharpen him up. There was a decent reappearance from him, fading on a 2m trip after an 8-month break. He should be fitter for that.

This is a fantastic fixture with most of the runners arriving in very good form. We are sticking with the 9/4 favourite TONTO’S SPIRIT* (betting odds recorded 20:05 GMT on 26th June 2021 at William Hill).

He is bang in form and thrives on a run at Cartmel. It’s been six wins in his last nine runs at the venue.

Within the last month, he has scored back to back wins at the venue. This is going to be interesting to see what he does on this unexposed trip.

FRANCKY DU BERLAIS is a big threat as he is in search of a hattrick. He likes a good strong pace and needs to be respected. Francky Du Berlais scored at Uttoxeter on his latest, a month ago.

Another who looked good last time out was BURBANK. He arrives on the back of a score at Aintree 44 days ago. If he’s in the same mood and form then he has a big chance in this one.
