Today’s horse racing tips move on to a quieter day of action after such a brilliant Saturday of racing at Ascot.

There are just the two venues that we are looking at for today’s racing betting and those are Windsor and Haydock.

There’s no real highlight fixture of the day to come on Sunday, it is just six straightforward handicap picks.

MOLLY SHAW looks the one to beat in this contest from a quote of 5/2* (betting odds recorded 21:58 GMT on August 7th August 2021 at William Hill).

She has been heading in the right direction and returned to winning ways last time out.

That score happened at Yarmouth 17 days ago, and the win was awarded by a stewards’ intervention. But she looks in great heart at the moment and could follow.

Molly Shaw has a 5lb claimer still and comes up 2lb from that latest effort, which doesn’t look insurmountable at all.

JOY CHOI has gone close in each of her last three runs since picking up a victory at Chepstow.

It’s been a very good season for the 6-year-old and has claims in this one as she looks competitive.

SALSOUL will be the other name for the shortlist in this contest. She struggled on the all-weather at Newcastle 6 days ago.

But on her penultimate, she scored a good one at Lingfield. The booking of Oisin Murphy is likely to help.

GHALY looks the best pick for this one at a quote of 6/4* (betting odds recorded 21:58 GMT on August 7th August 2021 at William Hill).

The assessor may not have caught up with him yet. He has been away for 338 days, the last of those runs being a second-place at Thirsk in a handicap.

On his penultimate run, Ghaly did take a win and there was a lot of potential shown last summer. If he handles the absence, then he is a threat.

MARS LANDING was last seen at Leicester just over three weeks ago and the race didn’t really play out in his favour.

It was a third-place finish there for him, which was after a reappearance win at Leicester in April.

ARAFI’s last run was three weeks ago when she struggled on a run at Newbury. She will have a 3lb claimer and she’s not totally to be discounted as she could bounce back.

GLAMOROUS BREEZE is a very good sprinter and well worth taking a look at to win this at a quote of 5/2* (betting odds recorded 21:58 GMT on August 7th August 2021 at William Hill).

She picked up a win on her latest run, really benefiting from having had the cheekpieces on for the first time.

That win happened 16 days ago and she was well in control, delivering a very strong finish there. Before that win, she had been in great form.

It had back-to-back second-place finishes before that win. There’s a 7lb rise that she gets, but she looks able to handle that and comes from an in-form yard.

RADRIZZANI is not to be counted out of this. She wasn’t in great shape on her latest run at York. But before that, she landed a good second at Haydock.

LIBERTY BAY does have a lot on his plate from this current mark. But still, he warrants some respect. There was a win for him three races ago at Newmarket in June.

She has followed up in decent form since and should be in the mix.

Our horse racing tip for this one is VOICE OF WISDOM at 9/2* (betting odds recorded 21:58 GMT on August 7th August 2021 at William Hill).

This will be just her fourth racetrack appearance, winning one of those. That score happened at Bath in July.

Voice Of Wisdom had a follow up under penalty at Chelmsford three weeks ago. The handicapper has been a little tough with her, but she has a chance.

DEEP SIGH is looking to complete a double after winning at Doncaster a month ago.

This is a stronger contest, but that is not likely to trip her up. She may well fancy this on what is likely to be at a stronger pace.

This is a wide-open contest really and therefore TUNDRA should have some place claims. She has taken three wins this season.

Tundra had been ticking along in terrific form recently, and there were excuses for a low finish at Bath on her latest.

PALLAS DANCER is superbly consistent and makes it as our 6/1 horse racing tip* (betting odds recorded 21:58 GMT on August 7th August 2021 at William Hill).

He has gone close in each of her last three and hasn’t been outside of the top-two in any of her last six runs.

The switch over to turf does raise a question mark, but he’s likely to go close. The cheekpieces go back on and he should be a threat.

There is a suggestion that TOMMY G could thrive on this trip. He hasn’t been as far as this before. But his form stacks up.

It has been four wins for Tommy G this season and the latest of those successes happened at Musselburgh a couple of weeks ago. He looks in good spirits.s.

SWORD BEACH needs to back up a win that he picked up at Windsor a couple of weeks ago. That had been on a drop in grade to get that win, which was his first in handicap company.

There was an impressive fighting spirit from Sword Beach on that win, responding well to a late challenge to pick up the win.

There is likely to be another strong run from GOOBINATOR in this one.

He is a quote of 5/1 to land the win* (betting odds recorded 21:58 GMT on August 7th August 2021 at William Hill).

Goobinator picked up a win at York on his last run, taking a win over Ghadbbaan. That was an impressive victory on the flat.

There looks to be a lot of further progress to come from him in handicapping and takes preference for this contest.

GHADBBAAN should be in the mix in this one. He was beaten by his old rival Goobinator at York on his latest run.

But that has been back to back runner-up spot and has been in decent form since breaking his maiden earlier this season.

LAND OF WINTER has a chance in this one as he looks as if he could be competitive. There was a good third-place finish for him at Beverley last month on a reappearance run.

He has come down 2lb in the ratings and has placed claims.
