Today’s horse racing tips are from three venues, Haydock, Haydock and Taunton as we focus on national hunt action.
The top race of the day is the Byerley Stud Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle (Listed) from the latter venue.
We will be dipping into that one to make a selection along with five other top tips for racing betting today.

THE TWO AMIGOS was a faller on his reappearance. That was in a Grade 2 effort at Aintree a month ago.
But given the form that he produced last season, there should be a decent chance for The Two Amigos on Thursday.
One of his runs last season was at course and distance, which was a good effort to take third in the Grand National Trial.
The Two Amigos should be suited to this effort.
CHEF D’OEUVRE won this fixture in 2018 and earlier this year he claimed another Haydock win.
He claimed a good third place last time out at Wetherby a month ago and probably won’t be too far out of the picture.
Veteran BLAKLION could be a big player in this contest on Thursday.
The 12 year old rolled back the years to claim a win here at Haydock with a superb showing of jumping a month ago.
If he is anywhere near back in the same kind of form, then Blaklion could have a reasonable chance of a bold follow up.

14:40 Haydock Handicap Hurdle Horse Racing UK Tips

CHTI BALKO has been going well again this season and usually puts together a strong run at Haydock.
He was at this venue 12 days ago taking a runner up spot against one who has since gone on to win again.
Chti Balko has won three times before and should rate as a big danger.
CELEBRE D’ALLEN comes in with winning form after taking a score a month ago at course and distance.
That big hurdle score sets him up again well. There will be extra work for him as he comes up 6lb for that recent victory.
MISTER WATSON is another that enters the fray on the back of a win last time out. That was three weeks ago at Lingfield.
Mister Watson had plenty to spare in that one as well. The conditions will help him a lot here and if he can back up that Lingfield run, he should have claims on Thursday.

This is a competitive contest and one of the front runners could be GERYVILLE.
He has been in top form recently, including taking a win on his penultimate run which was at Wetherby on his first run for his new year.
Geryville found only one too good for him on the day on his latest back at that same venue.
The winner of that one has gone one to win again, so Geryville should be strong.
WOULDUBEWELL was a winner at Fontwell in a handicap chase three weeks ago. She was also successful over the hurdles last season too.
So Woudlubewell has brought her jumping form forward well and there could be more to come from her still.
She comes up 5lb which makes this tougher, but she still rates as a danger.
ORRISDALE was second on his latest run which was 42 days ago. That was in a 21f Market Rasen handicap effort.
Just before that, Orrisdale had gone very close to getting off the mark over the fences when he was in control at Newton Abbot before falling at the last.
Orrisdale stays at the same mark and can make his presence felt.
TANARPINO comes up 3lb but does have some reasonable place claims in this handicap chase action.
There was a win for him at Bangor in August and he has stayed in form since. He was second three weeks ago back at Bangor so arrives in sharp form.

RAINYDAY WOMAN is sitting on a hattrick chance and she is simply thriving at the moment.
The latest of her wins was 16 days ago ago at Wincanton. Both of those recent wins were novices’ efforts at that venue.
Rainyday Woman has won this race three times before now. Having taken so well to the hurdles, she looks as if she can offer more.
AHORSEWITHNONAME has finished runner up in the last two efforts and has been showing plenty of encouraging signs for her yard.
There could well be another strong run to come from her after going close in a listed mares’ novice event last time out at Newbury.
GAME ON FOR GLORY should be right in the thick of the action as well as she is sitting on a hattrick chance.
The first of those was on a reappearance effort in a Warwick bumper in November.
On her move to the hurdles she got off the mark in a follow up at Lingfield in some heavy conditions. Game On For Glory should be right there.

GIVE US A SWIG looks as if he should be one of the key contenders at Taunton on Thursday in this handicap chase.
He has been consistent in his efforts since getting his first hurdles win under his belt at Worcester in the summer.
The move to chasing looks to have suited him well enough as well. Give Us A Swig will probably be helped by the longer trip in this one.
EATON MILLER picked up a couple of wins last season over the hurdles and the fences as well.
He took a tumble at Wetherby on his latest, missing out on a hattrick chance because of that.
Eaton Miller comes from a yard that is in form and so could show well if he can handle a long break since March.
THE BOAT should get in the mix as well after taking a win last time out at Market Rasen a month ago.
That saw him get off the mark over the fences and the cheekpieces going on for the first time helped him out a lot in that.
There’s only been a 2lb rise for The Boat and there could be further potential unlocked.

BALLYARE is under a 5lb penalty after picking up a score at course and distance just over a week ago.
That was in a 12 runner handicap and has to be respected.
That is two wins from his last four and Ballyare may find the going easier in this one.
MUSCIKA can get himself involved with some tighter control. He completed a hattrick on the all-weather, which was achieved with a course and distance win earlier this month.
He was back at the same venue in his latest run and a wide draw did him no favors in that one.
But Musckika could get himself back involved in this one.
CORINTHIA KNIGHT put together a credible run three weeks ago at course and distance in a handicap.
He went off too hard too early in that one.
Corinthia Knight is a former winner at Wolverhampton and a 3lb claimer could help him make a bold run in this one.
