Today’s horse racing tips come from Hereford, Leicester and Huntington as we look at some minor handicap stuff.

The pick of the day is a Class 2 fixture from Leicester and that’s where we will start Tuesday’s racing tips preview.

Race Preview

This is the strongest fixture that we have to look at for Tuesday’s horse racing tips. One of the big players should be MOTAWAAJED.

He has been thriving this year with three wins in six efforts. The latest of those was securing a double in August at Doncaster.

Motawaajed missed out on a hattrick chance back at that same venue a month ago, and there still could be further improvement to come.

TOMFRE was fifth in a strong Ascot handicap race 10 days ago, so is likely to be involved in this one.

He will prefer a little more cut in the ground which would give him an advantage over some of these rivals.

The other for the shortlist in this one is going to be WOBWOBWOB. He claimed a fifth-place finish at Ayr on his latest, putting a good run together despite the position.

There was a win for him at York in May and the blinkers were tried for the first time by connections.

Wobwobwob does need progress here, but he didn’t get a clear run at Ayr, so could have something in it.

It is only a small field for this mares’ handicap chase but it’s a competitive one with all three runners having strong claims.

LOST IN MONTMARTRE has gotten in the frame in two previous chase efforts in the UK. She is missing that winning touch but this represents a big chance for her.

This will be her first run since a third-place finish at Stratford eight days ago. JUBILYMPICS probably has a lot more in the tank.

She had her reappearance run two weeks ago, which ended in a fourth-place finish over the hurdles at Newton Abbot. Jubilympics is versatile and brings strong claims with match fitness.

Notably, Jubilympics won her second run of the previous campaign, so she could be following a similar path twelve months on.

WILDE SPIRIT makes her seasonal appearance but has quality in her. This is a switch to the fences for her after six months away.

PRESENTING YEATS looks hard to oppose in this handicap hurdle effort at Hereford on Tuesday.

He is heading the market for horse racing betting as he looks to build on a win earned three weeks ago at Warwick.

It’s been two wins for Presenting Yeats in his last four runs, and he comes up just 3lb for that recent effort. Another bold effort is probably going to come as he easily sets the standard in this contest.

This isn’t a deep field that he is taking on MANNING ESTATE had a reappearance effort at the end of August. That was a third-place finish at Newton Abbot.

There was encouragement for connections there from him. If he can build on that, then there are reasonable place claims for this go as well.

SOME DETAIL is the best of the recent. He had a run on the flat twelve days ago which didn’t pan out well at all.

But he did win earlier this season over the hurdles at Market Rasen, so focusing on what he has done over the jumps, that puts him in this.

JOSIE ABBING rates a big danger in this one and is one of the leading horse racing tips of the day.

She was a favourite last time out at Fontwell and duly delivered the odds in that contest. Because of that win, Josie Abbing has been given an extra 9lb to work with.

The 7-year-old has moved yards since that latest win 37 days ago, in which she doubled her tally for the season. She’s the front runner.

DARK MOTIVE gets an age allowance for this one which is an interesting one. If the support starts to come in for her in this handicap debut, she is worth considering for the shortlist.

KENTFORD MALLARD will have to go on that shortlist as well. There was a win for her at Southwell in June and she has remained in form since.

Kentford Mallard was last seen 37 days ago with a fourth palace finish at Fontwell on her latest. The form on paper gives her strong place claims.

THEOCRAT picked up a victory on his latest effort. That was at Worcester 18 days ago, getting the score over Glimpse Of Gold who he lines up against on Tuesday again.

Theocrat got the victory by a half of a length. There has been a 6lb rise for him on the back of that, which makes this more difficult.

PELTWELL comes in for her seasonal reappearance. She rates a danger in horse racing betting. She completed a four-timer at the end of the previous campaign.

That was some form that she produced in the spring. The break is an obvious concern, but Peltwell does come from a form that is in the yard, so they could have her sharp.

TONYX could be lining up with a decent shot in this one at the places.

She looks to be well treated at the moment and the hood goes back on for what is her reappearance run as well.

LORD SPARKY is worth watching for the shortlist as a horse racing tip in this one as he enjoys a run at Huntington.

This is a venue at which he has won three times before, the most recent of those happening in April.

Lord Sparky makes his reappearance here after six months away.

He doesn’t have the greatest of records coming back fresh, but place claims could be there because of the track record.

ACHY BREAKY HEART has a chance in this one as well. She is only 2lb above her last winning mark, despite carrying good form.

Achy Breaky Heart has gone close in her last two as she looks to add to a victory that she took at Newton Abbot back in July. She was second at course and distance on her latest a week ago.

The other to watch is RINTULLA who won his penultimate fixture. He opened his account in a handicap at Worcester in July.

A follow up at Uttoxeter did not pan out as Rintulla lost his rider early on. But based on that Worcester effort he needs to be respected.
