Today’s horse racing tips all come from over the jumps as we make our recommendations from Exeter and Newcastle.
The ceiling for the day’s races is Class 3 action, which is from the latter venue.
It’s six picks for Tuesday’s action that we have pulled together.

14:40 Exeter Handicap Hurdle Horse Racing Tip

It is a big field to start the day of horse racing tips. SEVENTEEN O FOUR should be one of the leading contenders.
On his second attempt at the hurdles, he got himself off the mark three weeks ago with a score on a 2m trip in a Chepstow novice last month.
Seventeen O Four comes into handicapping for the first time and could make his presence felt.
CAWTHORNE LAD makes the switch back to the hurdles after struggling in a chase effort in November at Southwell.
His rating looks far better over the smaller stuff.
Cawthorne Lad got himself a win at Stratford on his reappearance and chasing debut.
But with the follow up going poorly, it is back to the smaller stuff and he comes in from a top yard.
DAYTIME AHEAD took a fourth-place finish in a course and distance effort at the start of the year.
That was an encouraging run. Daytime Ahead does have winning form at Exeter, including C&D success. She could be back on track.
TREMWEDGE has been away for the last nine months but could make an impression if he is fully tuned up.
He has done well in handicapping, kicking things off with a good second place at Kempton in April last year.
There’s obviously a big absence to overcome, but he piques interest.

Race Preview
TEMPLIER picked up a victory on a 2m chase in December at Warwick.
That saw him continue in some good positive consistent form.
He was below his best on his follow up which was at Ffos Las two weeks ago.
He comes back to the smaller stuff on a 7lb lower mark and could pose a big danger.
SABBATHICAL has had a very good season which includes a win over the fences in November at Fakenham.
He has continued to perform over the hurdles as well, taking a third-place finish on a 2m Ffos Las effort a couple of weeks ago.
Sabbathical has been eased 2lb and should be right in the frame.
BRANSON MISSOURI brings winning form to the table on Tuesday as she looks for a double.
She got off the mark on a 2m handicap hurdle trip at Uttoxeter three weeks ago.
That was a good gamble produced by her and she comes up 7lb for the effort.
If Branson Missouri continues on in the same mood then she should be heavily involved in things.

FIRENZO should be one of the key containers in this handicap chase at Exeter on Tuesday.
He picked up a fight place finish at Plumpton a month ago on his latest.
He just tailed off with his challenge in that one.
Firenzo has done well in both chases so far though and now coming down 3lb, there’s a fair chance that he will get close.
TUDORS TREASURE was third here at Exeter on his latest run which was 17 days ago.
That was a move back in the right direction for him.
Tudors Treasure has a good record at Exeter with three previous courses and distance wins.
With his mark currently sliding, he may have a good chance.
DOYANNIE was fourth at Lingfield on her latest run, which was an encouraging enough chase debut.
That was a couple of months ago and she should be that much sharper for it.
That chase debut was after a break of eight months. Place claims should be there.

GALLIC GEORDIE has been taking his form forward this season and should be heavily involved once again.
There were a couple of victories for him at Linfield and then the completion of the hattrick followed at Newbury in December.
Gallic Geordie has been handed an extra 9lb now but still looks to have a lot more to come.
A four-timer is not out of the question.
BABY KING was last seen at Huntingdon in October last year after a break of 4 months.
He looked like he needed to get that run under his belt. Baby King is down 4lb from that and could have a say in this.
DA VINCI HAND picked up a win three weeks ago on his latest run.
That was his first win over the fences and it came at Catterick.
Da Vinci Hand showed a lot of encouragement in that one and got a rise of 4lb, but came back highly respected in this contest.

SKIPTHESCALES gets the visor on for the first time in this one and should rate as a danger.
He was second at Kelso on his latest, which was three weeks ago.
That was the best run from him for a while so could enter the frame if he kicks on from there.
STONEY ROVER has developed a couple of credible runs for his new yard and could be trending towards something.
There was a handicap hurdle second for him at Hexham 41 days ago in a big field. If there is more to come then Stoney Rover has a chance of coming up on a trip.
GETALEAD comes into the action looking for a little bounce back and the extra distance may just give him that.
Getalead stayed on very well for the completion of a hattrick earlier this season.
There was a fourth-place finish for him at Taunton on his latest, which was a little too quick for him.
If Getalead can prove his stamina in this one, then the move up in distance could just suit him perfectly.

14:25 Newcastle Maiden Hurdle Horse Racing Tip

DEEPER BLUE looks like a big threat in this looking back at his form from Chepstow on his penultimate run.
Deeper Blue rattled the crossbar in South Wales with a runner up spot against a very good one.
The following at Exeter in a handicap wasn’t great, but there are claims.
ONWARD ROUTE was consistent with his form before heading into what has been a long route.
He was last seen in February last year but got the boost of Brian Hughes taking the ride.
Onward Route placed in a couple of bumpers at Newcastle last year.
RITSON is another to watch looking at both his bumpers and hurdles form. On his last effort, he took a second-place finish over the hurdles at Wetherby.
That was on a 2m trip in some heavy conditions.
Ritson was full of encouragement in that one however and should be involved.
