Today’s Horse Racing Tips & Odds – Tuesday, 28th September 2021

Three venues are in focus for today’s horse racing tips. Those are Worcester, Wolverhampton and Sedgefield.

So it’s a blend of flat and jump action for horse racing today that we are taking a look at, all of which is fairly minor class stuff.

BLUE SANS looks like being a big player in horse racing betting on Tuesday. A month ago she scored over course and distance

That was a comfortable score as well and Blue Sans has been fairly treated having only been given a 3lb rise.

That’s two wins in three from the mare this season, not having been out of the top two in four efforts.

TRANSLINK appears to be the biggest threat after claiming a course and distance win on his latest effort.

That was 41 days ago and he returns, coming up 7lb. There appears to be plenty more to come from him as well and should give the other main contenders plenty to think about.

The final shortlist selection is I’M SO BUSY who opened the season with back to back wins.

On his handicap bow on his penultimate run, he was just touched off, missing the hattrick. I’m So Busy was below his best on his latest but can threaten after a short break.

G’DAY AUSSIE is turned out quickly after landing a win on Saturday at Market Rasen. That was over the hurdles.

On the switch back to the fences for Tuesday’s run, G’Day Aussie is at the same mark, so there are claims there.

GOUET DES BRUYERES makes his first run since Warwick in April. He was disappointing in that effort but was progressing well in chasing regardless.

There’s a good claimer on his back which should help his chances of adding to his chase victory at Wetherby in April.

Veteran MY RENAISSANCE is proven at this distance and therefore makes for an interesting selection. His last win was at this same mark a year ago at Sedgefield.

There have been a few decent runs from My Renaissance over the summer which gives the 11-year-old place claims.

CASTLE QUARTER piques some interest as a horse racing tip for this handicap action on Tuesday. He has claimed a win in two of his last four.

The most recent of those was 39 days ago and he retains the visor from that. Castle Quarter’s claims are boosted by him being a course and distance winner too.

EEVILYNN DREW scored with the headgear on at Chelmsford City three weeks ago. This will be his first go on the Tapeta.

There has been a 3lb rise for that recent victory as Eevilynn Drew comes up in distance from that 7f score.

Rounding out the shortlist for this competitive race is CLIFFCAKE. He went close at Thirsk two months ago on his latest, having to carve his way through some traffic.

There have been two wins for the 3-year-old in his last four runs and has enough to make his presence felt.

This handicap is wide open at Wolverhampton and among the key contenders could be ANGEL ON HIGH who is looking to get off the mark.

He went very close on a longer trip here at Wolverhampton earlier in September. The blinkers go on for the first time and that could make a difference.

PRETTY SWEET steps into handicapping for the first time and she looks like she carries plenty of threat.

She’s on a reasonable mark for her debut as well and she steps into action after scoring a maiden at Bath a couple of weeks ago.

PSYCHE goes for a new yard on Tuesday and there could be something in this for him. He was last seen taking 8th of 12 at Goodwood.

This is his debut on the Tapeta, but he is no forlorn hope having fallen to a very appealing mark.

LUCKY ROBIN has claims in this one after winning over the hurdles here at Sedgefield on his latest effort. That was from out of the blue.

The switch to the fences happens here and Lucky Robin will go from 3lb lower. It’ll be fascinating to see if he follows up.

COSTLY DIAMOND should be in the thick of it. She has scored a hattrick this year and the mare delivered an excellent second-place finish at Stratford in August.

CHECK MY PULSE has been consistent this season and arrives after a second-place over the fences at Cartmel last month. He looks as if he’s just searching for a little more.

THATBEATSBANAGHER comes down on a trip as connections try to figure him out. He lost his rider a couple of weeks on his yard debut, failing to really get anything going this season.

The claims for INSTANT REPLAY are interesting as he moves to the hurdles from 10lb lower than he was over the fences.

He thrives over the fences at Sedgefield, winning here over the bigger stuff earlier this month. Instant Replay has failed to score from eight previous hurdles efforts though.

MILLIE THE MINX earned a comfortable success at Cartmel over the fences in July. This is a tougher race than that, however.

She should be in decent nick after having a run on the flat a month ago. It wasn’t the greatest of efforts but Millie The Minx should be match fit.

COUNTISTER looks like being a big player as a horse racing tip. She comes up 9lb but there still looks room for her to work with.

She scored two weeks ago at Kelso in fine fashion, the first victory recorded by her for a long time.

Countister was toppled over course and distance last month but looks a lively contender.
