There isn’t a lot of action from higher class fixtures that are happening on the day, the pick of the day’s racing being the Margadale Fillies’ Handicap from Salisbury.

It is a small field that we look at first for today’s racing tips. There are a few with claims here including course and distance winner AMY BEACH.

ANGHAAM could have more about her having already opened in handicapping, taking a place finish on her handicap debut a month ago.

But the horse racing tip for this is going to be TALBEYAH at 13/8 as her sights are lowered* (betting odds recorded 18:40 GMT on June 7th 2021 at Betfred).

She was not disgraced with a fourth-place finish in a listed run at Goodwood 18 days ago. She comes into her handicap debut giving weight to all, but on a reasonable mark.

Talbeyah did score at Chepstow on her first run as a 3-year-old in April and could just be the one to edge this contest.

TOMMY G has to be worth consideration at 7/2 as a horse racing tip in this fixture* (betting odds recorded 18:40 GMT on June 7th 2021 at Betfred).

He is carrying a 4lb penalty for this fixture as he seeks a bold hattrick. His latest score was six days ago at course and distance.

More is going to be asked of TOMMY G in this one, but it’s been hugely positive form from him. It may just be worth rolling with him to take this.

Six of the eight career wins that Tommy G has under his belt have been at Ayr. Others with strong claims also are MIDNITE BRIDE and CATCH MY BREATH.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

It’s an interesting novice affair here with most of the field making their debut.

We are going with Roger Varian’s PAPACITO at 15/8 to get the victory* (betting odds recorded 18:40 GMT on June 7th 2021 at Betfred).

He appeals well given breeding and just gets the nod over the other key player here, WALLS OF KANO.

The latter benefits from having had a run, a successful one at that. He picked up a win at course and distance last month on his second race track appearance.

So Walls Of Kano should be right about there but is under a penalty, which just pulls us back towards the potentially strong Papacito taking this.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

MORROOJ is likely to bring further improvement to the table after disappointingly finishing last year. She pulled up at Newmarket after some heavy interference.

But we can find enough in POET’S EYE at 11/2 to oppose her* (betting odds recorded 18:40 GMT on June 7th 2021 at Betfred).

Poet’s Eye drops back to a mile which could pay dividends for her. Her best effort was on this trip at Lingfield in February in which she claimed the runner-up spot.

This is the handicap debut for Poet’s Eye and she looks to have gotten off quite lightly for it.

So there is every chance that she can be a player in this on what is her first run since a fourth-place at Lingfield a couple of months ago.

Today’s Horse Racing Tip

This is a good competitive handicap hurdle for which TIMBERMAN is the favourite. There are strong claims there on his handicap debut after winning a Market Rasen novice last time out.

But we like the look of the unexposed 11/2 shot SEA PRINCE* (betting odds recorded 18:40 GMT on June 7th 2021 at Betfred).

There was little to get excited about in bumpers, but he picked up a win on his first go over the hurdles. That was at Hexham in October.

That was a nice bit of form. This is a reappearance run for Sea Prince and looks to be well treated on his handicap debut. Therefore he has a chance if he’s on his game immediately.

Another one to watch for will be KENTUCKY HARDBOOT who returned a nice bit of form to pick up a hurdle win three weeks ago at Huntingdon. More is needed here, but that was a step in the right direction.

The final horse racing tip of the day is going to be EAGLES ROCK at 7/4* (betting odds recorded 18:40 GMT on June 7th 2021 at Betfred).

She was seen at Ayr last weekend in which she found a youngster too good for her. That was a very credible effort for her.

Eagles Rock stays at the same mark and therefore should have a decent chance of getting what would be her first run since 2019.

She wouldn’t be winning out of turn with two runner-up finishes in her last three. The form suggests that she won’t be far away.

A couple of others to watch in the market are FINALLY MINE who was behind Eagles Rock at Doncaster in March and BOLLIN MARGARET who has now returned to her last winning mark.
