Today’s horse racing tips focus on just some National Hunt action that is happening on Wednesday afternoon.
The tracks that the selections are pulled from are Wetherby and Hereford. The former venue reaches Class 2 as the top tier of racing for the day.

UP FOR PAROL is expected to get himself heavily involved in the action as he looks to return to winning ways.
There was a handicap hurdle success for him in December and he performed well in the Lanzarote last time out, despite finishing 6th.
Up For Parol finely finished last season and has won three of his last six, including one here in what was impressive fashion.
FLASH THE STEEL has been away for the last 14 months, but it may be worth keeping an eye on him in this contest.
He did win his last effort, scoring at Newbury in a career-best effort.
Flash The Steel has performed well fresh before and has earned a win at Grade 3.
FINDTHETIME is also interesting after getting off the mark by winning at Sedgefield novice in November.
He quickly followed that up with a score at Catterick on his next run, which was his handicap debut and looked better for the extra distance.
Findthetime comes up 5lb and is up a level now, but he looks as if he could still have a say in this one.

HASANKEY is seeking a hattrick after really kicking on well lately. He stays with 10lb claimer Lewis Dobb who has been with him on this upward swing.
Hasankey romped to a comfortable win at Fontwell and then added a score at Ayr on his last.
The gelding has been given an extra 9lb, but with conditions in his favour, he looks like he will be involved again.
ROCKADENN was fifth on his latest effort, which was at the Champion Hurdle Trial at Haydock last month.
He comes into only his second chase in Britain, but he looks to have produced enough reasonable form over the hurdles recently to warrant a look.
THOMAS MACDONAGH is the final section for the shortlist in this one as he could now be sitting on a threatening mark.
He has gone well the last twice with headgear on.
So he may well be trending in the right direction at the moment and was a chase winner at Catterick last season.

FIRAX could have a chance on Wednesday in this handicap chase action after a good effort on his latest run.
He switched back to the fences for his latest run and took third place. That was behind two that had both won their previous race.
So the form doesn’t read too badly for that one and Firak is from a top yard.
DHOWIN is a big player in his field as he continued to go well in defeat. He’s taken good hurdles form over to the fences.
Dhowin has been in the top three in each of his last four runs and was a runner-up at Warwick just over three weeks ago.
Top jockey Brian Hughes has been booked for the ride as Dhowin comes up 4lb. He doesn’t look to be far away from a score.
DEEP CHARM has looked much better over the fences this season and got off the mark in the sphere at Hexham in December.
There was a follow-up second-place finish for Deep Charm at Kempton a month ago. He looks to have plenty more to come in chasing.

EMMPRESSIVE LADY will be under a 7lb penalty as she continued a massive upward swing in form last time out.
Last season she won a couple of mares’ events and has been back at it in this campaign as well.
Emmpressive Lady is seeking a hat-trick after picking up a win at Kempton in December in a handicap effort.
Her follow-up run was at Exeter last weekend in which she put in a fine run to land the win.
ANYTHINGFORLOVE will need a little bit of a bounceback and had a bit of a shocker at the Grade 2 SBK Mares’ Hurdle last month at Ascot.
There’s no way that she can run that poorly again, and she did win at Ffos Las earlier this season before a runner-up spot in a Listed fixture at Sandown.
The small field should help, along with a drop of 2lb.
COQUELICOT was a win at Chepstow with the blinkers on for the first time on her latest run. That was 105 days ago and she has gained 7lb.
BELLATRIXA is under a 7lb penalty after cruising to a win at Ludlow last week.
That’s five straight top-two finishes for her and is not to be dismissed lightly.

SMOKING PIGEON was a runner up on his latest effort which was at Huntington and he was well clear of everyone behind him in that one.
The form reads well from that race as well and so claims are there for him to get rid of that maiden tag.
OVERHAUGH STREET is another that could be getting his act together in this sphere.
There was a victory in a claiming hurdle in December for him at Ludlow and he carded a good fourth-place finish at Doncaster three weeks ago.
EATON COLLINA has produced some reasonably strong form this season, including looking very good on his reappearance.
A follow-up effort at Chepstow two weeks ago saw him go well again and he could have enough to get himself in the mix.
One more from this big field is I SPY A DIVA who has gone well in two of her three hurdle efforts so far.
She will come into handicapping for the first time on Wednesday and may have a reasonable chance of getting in the frame

FUJI FLIGHT may be worth a look as he comes from a top yard that is in form at the moment.
It’s been a while since he has got his nose in front, but was fourth at Exeter on a 3m trip on his latest, not having worked a way into a good position.
SOUTHERN SAM comes up in distance and is worth a look as well after a third-place finish last time out.
That was in a novices’ handicap chase at Ffos Las in December on some heavy ground. He’s unexposed over the fences but claims are there.
TIDE TIMES did get a win last winter over the hurdles from a 3lb higher market.
He hasn’t been in top form, but there have been a couple of credible runs from him over the fences the last two times. This field is open enough to give Tide Times a chance.
