The unbeaten ZEYAADAH should be well in the mix for the Cheshire Oaks, but we are taking a pass on her.

It is DUBAI FOUNTAIN that makes it as our horse racing tip at 15/8* (betting odds recorded 21:29 GMT on May 4th 2021 at William Hill).

She is bred to be a good stayer and was on the up last year winning her first two efforts as a juvenile.

There was big progress made by Dubai Fountain on her final run of last season. That was in the Group 1 Fillies’ Mile at Newmarket in which she claimed fourth place in October.

There is no-one else in the field that has matched the kind of form so far, not even the undefeated Zeyaadah.

This is a good strong, competitive fixture. IMPERIAL FORCE gets a nice helping hand with a good draw and could be the option to go with at 8/1* (betting odds recorded 21:29 GMT on May 4th 2021 at William Hill).

On his second start as a juvenile he was third in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes. He has continued with some good form as well, taking a couple of runners up finishes among novice company.

Imperial Force slips into the handicapping for the first time in this one and looks to be in good heart. Andrew Balding’s colt will have his work cut out for him as the assessor has thrown plenty at him.

The other main threats in the class 2 contest are ARMY OF INDIA and HARMONY LIL, the former having already proven that he can perform on the turf.

There are some great claims in this one with the likes of the potentially in-form SIR IVAN in the mix. Another to watch could be SOLDIER OF LOVE as he has been eased in quality of contest.

There was a hattrick of course and distance wins for Soldier Of Love last summer and he has to be back on the radar.

But we just think that FAGAN, who has been eased a couple of pounds is the selection to go with. He put in a big, commanding win at Newbury on his pen light fixture.

He was then travelling well at Aintree on his latest, but never got a shot because of being crowded out of things. There could be another decent effort from Fagan as he does look to be in very good heart at the moment.

While we have to go with MINT GOLD for the shortlist in this contest, we cannot see past CEDAR HILL.

Cedar Hill was well in contention at Ayr three weeks ago on his latest effort, but fell four from home. But throughout he was shaping well.

Wirko got up late in that one and this looks as if it could be a more comfortable distance for him. So we think he is the one to beat.

Coming in with strong challenges to the favorite could be LAW OF THE SEA and to a lesser extent perhaps, FANCY MAN.

Coming down in class for this contest and 2lb down in the ratings, she has to have a good chance of making a return to winning ways.

She was last seen at Cheltenham three weeks ago, taking sixth of nine. This is a less competitive fixture for her however.

Martha Brae has won here at Fontwell before, claiming a victory over the hurdles. His current form over the bigger stuff isn’t bad at all and is likely to put on a bold showing.

The clear big threat in the field is EPISODE who does boast a previous course and distance win.
