The race favourite for this opening fixture of our preview is TOWN PARKS at 11/4* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

The reappearance run for Town Parks this season showed that he has returned in good form. He took a very good second place coming back into action.

That was in a Stratford chase over a 2m 3f trip and Town Parks was beaten out by just a length. There was a big handicap chase win for him back in January at Ludlow.

Town Parks is also a course and distance winner and he has to enter calculations in this one. He has only gone up a couple of pounds in the rating.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

The other major player in this field should be GARDE LA VICTOIRE is only 1lb higher than his last effort. He was last seen in March at Kempton from a field of 20.

That showed that there is still some ability knocking around from the 11 year old veteran. He is giving weight to the rest of the field in this one, but place claims could be there.

David Skelton’s ASHOKA is worth a look in this one. There was a pleasing reappearance run from him at Market Rasen recently, where he took a fourth place finish.

That didn’t see him hit the kind of form that he was at last season, but it will have sharpened him up.

That Market Rasen trip was the first run in a year and for a horse that nailed back to back wins at Southwell and Aintree last summer, he may have a chance from 7/2* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

Race Favourite

The current 9/4 favourite for this Huntington handicap hurdle is WILD MAX* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

Just under three weeks ago he was in action on his reappearance run. That was on a Cheltenham trip in a handicap hurdle and he finished fourth.

He is going to be worth another look however. His chance in that trip was hampered though a couple of jumps from home. But Wild Max had been travelling very well before that.

NAMIB DANCER is going to get the nod from us however. The six year old comes into handicapping for the first time and looks to have been well treated for the debut.

He recently scored by a wide margin at Wincanton a couple of weeks ago, showing a great turn of speed to pull away.

That novice hurdle win was by almost 10 lengths. She is the one to watch at 11/4 in horse racing betting* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

The in-form CONSTANCIO is worth keeping an eye on as well after a good score at Plumpton recently. He is going up 4lb in the weights because of that win.

But he made it in that contest, which was a six-runner handicap hurdle. It was about three weeks ago. This is a tougher task however, but he brings some solid claims to the table.

Race Favourite

Heading up this veterans’ challenge is NIGHTLINE at 5/2* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020). After a year away he recently came back into action with a good trip at Kempton.

He was travelling fairly well there in the 3m contest before fading into a fifth place finish. But that should have been a good workout.

It may be worth keeping an eye on him here as he comes into a veterans contest which should level the playing field a bit for him.

SHANROE SANTOS returns for the first time since February. In his last race he was ehilvy beaten into third place in a five-runner field at Market Rasen.

That was on a 3m trip. He still retains ability on a variety of grounds, and he did go close at Carlisle last season towards the end of the campaign.

We are going to lend on TEN SIXTY as the other pick for this one for horse racing betting. Form this same mark he won a Newbury handicap chase in March 2017.

He has not been since April of that year. So this is a huge break that he is coming back from.

Ten Sixty is low mileage and has a 3lb claimer on his back. It’s a wide open contest and warrants some respect from 4/1* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

The current market leader is MUILEAN NA MADOG at 2/1* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

He will be back for the first time since in March last year. During that break Muilean Na Madog has had wind surgery.

He is still a maiden under rules, so it will be interesting here to see what his new yard pulls out of him. Muilean Na Madog goes for David Skelton for the first time here.

AVOIR DE SOINS is commanding a bit of respect in this fixture as well. He will be appearing for an in-form yard which does have appeal.

Avoir De Soins is still fairly unexposed in this sphere but is worth watching. He has had two trips over the fences so far and hasn’t managed to complete yet.

But he looks as if he has it in him and it could only be a matter of time before he puts it together. The last run for Avoir De Soins was just over a week ago.

There are very few form runners in this one. TIMCODA was a fifth place finisher on his season reappearance. His return came at Hexcham a month ago.

He looks to be sitting on a handy market and gets both the blinkers and tongue-tie on. It’s hard to read his chances, like it is for most of these.

But the recent trip may help him out and is worth a look at 6/1.* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

GETAROUND is the 2/1 favourite for this trip* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).

He posteda win on his first run of the new season. That came at Perth on a 20f trip. He followed that up with a Grade 2 effort at Chepstow.

He pushed into fourth place for that effort, which was a good respectable finish in The Persian War. Now coming back to the handicapping company, he has to be respected.

Getaround did power along for a good distance of that recent Chepstow run and he could take some beating in this run. The favourite will stay as our selection.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

AS I SEE IT looks to be the big contender to the aforementioned favourite in this fixture. He was second at Uttoxeter on his last trip, almost upsetting a stablemate in the fixture.

That was a good effort from the Harry Fry-trained gelding over the hurdles. He looked to be much happier back over the timbers as he was struggling over the bigger stuff.

The other pick for the shortlist is ROBIN GOLD who is sitting on a hat-trick. The mare has got herself back to back wins at Perth followed by a win here at Lingfield.

So that means that reasonably she should enter calculations here. She has looked like a different animal with the recent tongue-tie.

Race Favourite

TEFNUT heads the field of 14 for this Newcastle contest at 10/3* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020). This will be just the third race track appearance for the filly who has yet to break maiden.

For her handicapping debut she has been well-respected by the assessor so will have work to do at Newcastle.

She does know the track though having made her debut here, which was a fourth place finish. The extra trip is likely to pull more ability out of her.

UK Racing Odds & Tips

VIVE LA DIFFERENCE should be a player in this field as well. Last winter he scored twice at course and distance. That means big claims are coming from her for his return.

The form since then really hasn’t been anything spectacular, but she looks to be off a very workable mark for this contest. Vive La Difference is not the most consistent, but can feature.

Another that could have a say in the outcome is AL OZZDI who is another course and distance winner in this field. The last run that he had was a course and distance just three weeks ago.

Al Ozzdi took a third place finish in that contest, so again, showed a bit of preference for the Tapeta.

We think there’s enough there to pique interest from 8/1* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 23:15 GMT on Monday, 9th November 2020).
