Arsenal won their opening two games of the new campaign, then they went into a couple of tougher games just before the international break. Those ended in a 3-1 loss against Liverpool and then a 2-2 draw against Spurs. Arsenal had fought back from being 2-0 down in their North London derby. So there was some resilience there.
A positive for Arsenal is that they have scored in all four league fixtures for this campaign, with each of their last three going over 2.5 goals. That’s probably going to be a feature of their games this season. Arsenal haven’t looked a great defensive side once again, something that plagued them on the road last season.
The two goals that Arsenal have scored away from home were in the first half of fixtures.
