Hosts Atalanta had to endure a nervous last few weeks of the Serie A as they eventually avoided relegation down to Serie B thanks to some solid results in the season run-in.

Visitors AC Milan registered a much-needed 3-0 home win over Torino last weekend as they look to make a top-half finish this campaign, but in truth it’s been a very disappointing return for the visitors overall.
AC Milan’s away record currently stands at a poor 3-8-7 23/30 and they’ve lost their last three away trips on the trot with defeats at Udinese, Napoli and Sassuolo. Interestingly, AC Milan have also been involved in a number of high-scoring games on their travels as seven of their last nine have also ended up over 2.5 goals.
The visitors are on a very poor run of matches away from home where they’ve won just once in their last fourteen which has prevented them from making any sort of impact upon the top five places in Serie A.
