Altrincham could face Bromley backlash

National League Tips

BROMLEY v ALTRINCHAM

Saturday 14th November 2015 – Kickoff: 1230hrs

Football – England – National League Betting Tips

Bromley’s march up the National League table was halted in abrupt fashion by underdogs Boreham Wood on Tuesday night as the hosts were dealt an unexpected 2-1 defeat at the Courage Stadium.

But Bromley have another chance of redeeming themselves on home turf in today’s lunchtime kickoff against Altrincham and another three points today could lift them up into the play-off pack. Bromley have recently lost back-to-back league matches at home as they previously lost to promotion candidates Cheltenham Town, but with an overall home record of  6-1-3  22/10, they stand a good chance of taking the points here.

Bromley striker Ademola (14 goals) is the main danger up front for the hosts along with Dennis, Holland and Cook in support, so the hosts possess plenty of firepower in attack.

Visitors Altrincham have recently enjoyed FA Cup successes against Chester and Barnsley in consecutive rounds, but in the National League they’re without a win from their last six matches overall having experienced losses against Halifax Town, Aldershot Town and a heavy 3-0 loss away at Macclesfield during the week.

Away from home, Alty have lost two of their last three on the road with defeats at Aldershot and Macclesfield, and the visitors have won just once on their travels all season which was a recent 1-0 win at fifth from bottom outfit Boreham Wood.

But an overall away record of  1-2-7  6/19 tells its own story for Altrincham who may well be on the end of a Bromley backlash this afternoon following the hosts’ defeat in midweek.

I’ll back Bromley for the straight win here.

Pick: Bromley straight win @ 1.75 Ladbrokes
