Galatasaray endured a disappointing campaign last season (by their standards) in the Turkish Super Lig as they finished a below-par sixth place, so they’ll be hoping for bigger and better things this time around as they look to open their account with a win at their imposing Türk Telekom Arena.

Karabukspor last participated in the Turkish top flight in the 2014/15 season and won just once in their last five matches overall – they also lost 4-2 away at tonight’s opponents Galatasaray in their last trip to the Türk Telekom Arena.
Indeed, Karabukspor have lost their last two visits to Galatsaray so history may be in the backs of their minds ahead of this evening’s clash.
